I am interested in purchasing the Genesis Sirene. The only thing I am trying to figure out is size. I am 59 with a 38 bust and 28 waist 142 lbs. It seems I should fit into a medium except for the waist. I am worried that a medium will be too loose and I like a snug fit.

That is correct. The waist is going to be your more important measurement as it needs to fit snug around your torso in order to keep it from slipping and sliding about. Height is a secondary measurement. It's not as important due to the adjustability of the harness. With your measurements I'd potentially give more thought to a back inflation bcd. It will have better chance of fitting your torso better and offering a better lift rating.
