I bought several of these Oceanic snorkel keepers so I could dive in the morning and snorkel in the afternoon without the hassle of conventional fastening systems and regardless of which one of my masks I decided to use. They hold very secure and masks pack better without a snorkel attached!!

Ideal for using your dive mask to snorkel with easy on and off. You do need to give the connection a small twist to engage the velcro when connecting the snorkel. I would rate it a 5 if you didnt have to add the twist.

The Snorkel Keeper Works Great for under water Rugby, with
all the fighting that goes on someone always grabs your
snorkel and breaks the strap on your mask, but because
the snorkel keeper is made with Velcro it pull"s apart,and
its easy to put back together. It works great. Bob

Questions and Answers for Oceanic Pocket Snorkel Keeper:

I have an Impulse II Snorkel that has served me well for many years. Last outing the clamp that holds the tube to the mask strap broke off and was lost.
1, I would like to buy a new clip but do not know if that is possible.
2. I could buy a new Impulse II snorkel.
3. I do not want one of the silcone snorkel holders. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them.
4. Will this Oceanic Pocket Snorkel Keeper hold my Impulse II snorkel to my mask? If so, I will be buy with fins if you have full boot fins suited for warm water that are small enough for travel. Please recommend.

The barrel size between the Oceanic and the Impulse snorkel are different. This keeper will not work. We are quite surprised to hear of your bad luck with the silicone snorkel keeper. Used properly it should hold that size barrel with no issue or slippage at all.
