Immediately after purchasing his regulator I went diving for a week in Cozumel. On the first dive I noticed this regulator effortlessly allowed me to breath without having to breath deeper than usual. I was able to stay under longer and enjoy my dive without regard to breathing. My dive buddies were surprised how long I could stay under and without holding my breath or feeling out of air. I am sure this new unit really will help me enjoy my diving better

If youve ever used a poorly balanced regulator, youll appreciate the balance of this reg providing the same easy level of effort to draw from at depths > 100 feet as it did at 30.

Works fine, but I found the mouthpiece not comfortable due to the bite thickness it made my jaw sore. I got one at a dive shop for $5 and replaced it in 2 minutes, and not it is really comfy. It does not free flow excessively.

If you are looking for a good first time balanced second stage this is it!!! This is my first regulator and I am very happy with the purchase, I have about eight dives on the reg. Its very easy to set for your comfortability of breathing. Would recommend it to my friends and family.

I recently bought my first oceanic regulator on the recommendation of the sales staff. I dive in Cozumel twice a year and wanted a regulator the was realiable and easy to get worked on if necessary. Just got back from Cozumel after a week of diving and found the reg was great. I had never had a reg where you could adjust the air flow and I found this feature beneficial. Both dive masters I used commented on Oceanics good reputation and how light it was. I had dives where my max depth was 100 feet and others where it was 30 feet and couldnt tell any difference. Would recommend it to anyone for warm water diving. John San Antonio, Texas

Great regulator adjustment on side allows easy breathing when desired and does adjust when descending. First stage allows room for accessory expansion with two High pressure ports and 4 low pressure ports. Diaphragm has not failed me yet in salt water, and cold fresh water. very happy

I bought everything from scuba.com and this was my strongest decision. 2nd stage is lite and well designed. Easy to breath, especially since you can adjust. This is my first regulator that is diver adjustable and didnt understand fully the adjustment, but once I got in the water it was clear and easy to move the knob and make the regulator match what I liked. You dont have to be an expert diver to take advantage of this adjustable 2nd stage. Hoses are durable. 1st Stage has just the right amount of accessories without spending money on features you dont need. This product is 10 stars!!!

I waited till I used it a few times before reviewing,great reg,nice and light,no problems,a pleasure to use,doesnt allow air to flow when snorkling,I was worried I might experience dry mouth that didnt happen,great for ourcold west coast salt water.

Im extremely satisfied with this regulator Ive used it in the quarry here in Il. and its everything Ive been told by other divers who have used this reg. Im very happy with this reg and look forward to using it during my next ice dive. And I would recommend this reg to anyone who dives in conditions similiar to those in the midwest.
