This octo is great. Nice compact design, lightweight, and highly visible. The best part is the omnidirectional design which means that there is no "up" or "down". I also like that Mares supplies a custom holder clip that securely fastens the octo and prevents any debris from entering the mouthpiece. Great price for a good piece of equipment.

I was very happy with this regulator overall. I have a Dacor Viper as my my primary regulator so this was an easy decision. The one thing I did not like was that it tended to free flow when I had it attached to my BCD but that stopped when I diconnected it from the octopus holder.

Great octo especially for price. comes with a cap that you can attach to your BC for quick release. good buy
