Hello Robert, Thank you for your inquiry. The Ocean Quest Arctic Clear HD SCUBA Dive Mask has a retaining ring that sits in front of each lens. It is the ring you need to remove to exchange the lenses. A small, thin flat headed screw driver is the only tool you need. We have a video that will help you install your Rx Lenses:
