Came as a bonus with the Princeton Tec Adventure kit....
Great for a secondary light with the Princeton set....if you do not want to carry the larger light...or to lend a buddy...fits easy in pocket of BCD...

recently used the dive light while diving and checked to see how well the light worked. For being such a tiny light, it worked really well. I use it as my 2nd light and I am confident to use it in that compacity.

I most often use this light as a back up and almost always have it on during a dive. One of my first times using, onother diver got separated from our group and was able to find is way back to us by seeing my light. Wow, paid off the first time out. Very practical and handy.

Handy little light that fits nicely in a BC pocket. Good for highlighting in shallower dives &/or clearer water conditions, and as a spare (why I bought it). I prefer something a little more powerful for night dives or low light days, deep dives, or murky water conditions.

The light makes a great emergency/secondary light. Its not going to fit the bill as a primary night dive light. But as advertised it works fine, doesnt leak, stays bright for a long time, stows away in a pocket or clips on to BC. Cant beat the price.

Rating: Great little light
Reviewer: LeeAnn P., Monday, May 23, 2011
I love this light. It is very light-weight and fits into my BC pocket. It turns on easily but it wont get stuck on. And for a small light it is bright enought to be a back-up light and the price is right.

Rating: Meh - I hoped it would be at least a little bright

This is the only product from scuba.com that I havent really liked. While I understand that for the price I cant expect much, it really was not very bright at all. Even when I would shine it within a few inches of something, I couldnt see any difference.

I got this as a free light with purchase of another dive light. So cant complain. Its very compact and good for an easy backup light or for use to peak into small holes or even as a safety light on a tank.

Got it free with Princeton Tec Shockwave L.E.D. package. Will be assigned to my junk drawer for use if the lights ever go out. Wonderful little light, but not something powerful/sturdy enough to take into the water with me.

Rating: Great Back-up Light

This small compact light is great for a back-up and utility light. The LED lights are bright for the size of the light. Takes 4 AAA batteries. I keep one in every car. Twist on-off prevents accidential battery loss. Very good value.

Kevin OGrady:
Is this light designed to tie to back of boat? I asumme it is weighted to sink. I am looking for a low cost swim light whe we are swiming at night off of the boat, do you think this would serve that purpose? What color would you recomend? Thanks

:
This light is designed as a back-up light for divers. It uses 4 AAA batteries and is fairly small. Probably not large enough for the purpose you want to use it for.
