This light is compact for easy storage in a BC pocket, lightweight and easy to use. It has a good beam for general diving, not particularly powerful, but good enough. The screw-to-turn-on feature is helpful when wearing gloves as pushing buttons can be a mission. However, it needs to be turned quite a bit. This may be considered a safety feature, as you cannot "accidentally" knock it on and use up batteries.
