My wife and I used these as tracking lights during night dives in Cozumel. We always knew where each other were, which is the primary reason I bought it. Also, if the batteries die, the plastic flare, glows in the dark, which was another bonus. This was easy to hook to the octopus and allowed for easy diver tracking. Another safty item I am glad that I have.

Great for repated night dives and easy to locate your buddy. Hook it on and change batteries is all that is neede.
