I use these for long-distance swimming in tropical waters. They are incredible, you really feel the difference of the pull they give you in the water. I now use these all the time when I swim, because I swim great distances and they really make a difference, and are extremely efficient and alow me to cover more distance. Buy a pair, then bring them down to St John in the U.S.V.I.s. You will be glad that you did. Smile

Rating: Good for Swimming
Reviewer: Robin Ross,
Had to return originals because the size was smaller than the model I replaced, but in all other ways it seems good. Ive
had them for nearly a month. Dont know yet if the palm will
hold up over time.

Rating: H20 Max Lycra/neoprene webbed gloves
Reviewer: Darren B.,
These gloves work surprisingly well for paddling out. I live where the water is pretty cold, and these gloves are definitely not going to cut it for winter conditions, but I can see myself using them again in the spring. Ive only used them a couple of times, but the increased drag (a good thing) was definitely noticeable. The palms grip nicely on my rails as well. Great product for the money.

Everyone I know thought they were the bomb. Dont use them for cleaning boats (bottom hulls). I got a hole in mine already.

Rating: Great for Lap swim!!
Reviewer: Ian S.,
These are great!!! They really help with my laps in the pool. The design helps tone the muscels... It really gives me a great workout.. Now I wouldnt swim with out them. BUT...The lycra material will start to break down on cause of the clorine in the pool... Maybe order the other style G-8 that has heavy rubber on the back in stead of lycra material.

Rating: These gloves work great!
Reviewer: Don T.,
these gloves were perfect for the snorkeling i did in Honduras this year. they gave me that extra pull i wanted but also allowed me to use my fingers when i needed to.
theyre light weight and fully protected my fingers against any coral or rocks i encountered. the only tricky thing with them is getting them on and off when theyre wet. they fit so nicely they dont want to let go of my hands.

These things are great. They have really helped me with my paddling for waves and for being as thin as they are, they keep your hands pretty warm.

Did the job, but the Velcro looks like it could wear away very fast, esp. if they are not taken care of. Gives very good grip on board and does propel through water faster though.

These are a great investment if you plan to snorkel in strong surge areas. They greatly inprove your power and confidence in the breaking waves areas where the big fish are.

Walt:
I have gotten a few pairs of gloves from you, however last year I bought a pair that had a slick surface on it. Being a body boarder I was unable to grip my rails and want to make sure I do not get that type again. What is the typce with the slick surface called.

Headed to Rincon PR for bodysurfing and surf trip. The problem is that my middle finger will have to stay in a small splint due to an accident. Hoping that the gloves will fit over the splint. Any ideas

:
The only way the gloves will fit over a splint will be if you purchase them large enough to cover the extra space. But the down side to that will be that they will most likely be way too large for the rest of hand and fingers.
