Using the XS Scuba sizing chart, this hood in medium was EXTREMELY tight. I swapped it for a large and the hood was still very tight in the chin and neck -even on my girlfriend. Ended going with a similarly priced hood which fits much better.

I needed to return this unfortunately. It was easy to don, and I liked the material. But the bib fit really weird and there was no way it was going to fit well under my wet suit. I exchanged it for a different brand that had a more flexible bib.

I have a 7mm XS hood for cold water but wanted a lighter hood for warmer water. The 5/3mm hood was the answer for me. It is comfortable and wears well.

I do not like hoods and I only wear them when the water is very cold (under 60 degrees). This hood is not as uncomfortable as all the others I have tried and I find it easier to wear. If you dont like hoods this hood will not make you like it any better, but it will be slightly more comfortable when you need to wear one

This hood is warm and is a nice fit because of the stretching capabilities. The finished opening for the face is also great, no trimming. Overall a great value and quality hood.
