The folks at Scuba.com were fantastic to deal with. We had to reorder the replacement a couple of times due to confusion with the SKU number, but eventually they got the right part. It was brand new and perfect. I also ordered replacement bands through scuba.com and am very pleased with the product and service. -dave

This was a Hawaiian flopper!, not a blank shaft. SCUBA.com need to make that appearent on the site!
