I lost one of my force fins while paddling through some weeds and ordered a new pair from scuba.com. The improvments force fins has made are great, the buckle makes it easier to put on and take off, extra padding is much more comfortable, and added rubber studs on the bottom heal provide a better grip. I also purchased the fin keepers to prevent another loss. Scuba had the best price and no tax made it a great deal.

These do seem to give more thrust and allows for moving throught the water faster and are a little easier to walk around in but they are heavy and expensive. I am considering a lightweight pair for back packing.

I purchased the Force fins for float tube fly fishing in north east Arizona in the White Mountains. Unfortunately the lakes are all unaccessable or frozen. Ill have a report in the spring.
