Rating: XS Scuba Trim Diving Weight Tank Pouch

The trim pouches have really helped me to streamline my profile while diving. I wasnt crazy about having weights permanently attached to my tank straps. The pouches allow me to adjust the weights quickly and easily. Just make sure when attacking to the straps they are secure.

Rating: Great little addition to my dive kit
Reviewer: ian lofthouse, Tuesday, October 20, 2009 - View all my reviews
If your tired of putting all your weights into your front pouch - allowing a little more freedom then this is for you. I add 3 lb to each of these onto a weight belt that I clamp onto the tank, this allows me to only need 6 lbs in my front releasable pouches and reduces the "bulging" the pouches sufferred from before.

Rating: Trim weight pouch w/out quick attach
Reviewer: William Fisher, Friday, June 19, 2009
Ive used these pouches on a few dives & theyve worked great. I opted to go without the quick attach,Its just something less to attach or adjust to your bcd before your dive. I put 4 lbs of shot weights in each pouch & they hold it great. Fits easy on your tank strap. The price is unbeatable. I would recommend for anyone that needs more weight.

No issues with fit or quality. Used them on the top band of backplate and wing setup,, think Ill get a couple more for the bottom so I can spread some more weight around

Heres the deal.
if you dive alot and in differant waters (warm to cold)
this is a cool product. when going from a 3mm to a 7mm
this can be a big help. add your wt. to the trim pouch and keep it in your dive bag, when you switch to 7mm add your trim pouch and after your bouancy check, your off.
Also good for divers that need just a little help keeping their upper body down

Rating: Perfect Pouch
Reviewer: Peter L., Sunday, July 20, 2008
Easily slides right onto your tank straps. Can adjust weight amounts as needed. If you want it lower down your tank, just add a small strip if weight belt material (or luggage strap) and secure. Great product...great price.

Rating: Trimn Wjeght Tank Pouch Black with Quick Attach
Reviewer: John R. Woodard, Thursday, June 12, 2008
I have used the pouches on two dives. I am satisfied with how well they work. The pouches hold solid wieght blocks better than the shot weight bags.
I would rather see a loop of material for the 2" strap to slide through rather than the velcro straps. I am not sure that I trust the velcro after a couple of years use.

I wanted to put some more weight towards the back of my new bc so that my other pockets were not so bulky. The XS Scuba trim weight tank pouches were not only the lowest price anywhere but were easy to use. GREAT BUY!!

i use this to add weight when i am diving with my aluminum tanks and remove the weights in the pouches when i dive with steel tanks this saves me from adding more weight to my bc.
