Great fins, very soft so if youre looking for something firmer go with the other long blades by cressi on here. Be warned the foot pocket is pretty narrow as well. I use booties with the fins and just think theyre a bit snug. Otherwise great fins, use them in the pool almost every day.

These fins are really great for warm water free diving. In my days as a CenCal spearfisherman I never used them because they were too small for my booted feet. I used duck feet instead. Now at 65 I am trying them, but even though I swim- a lot- my legs cramp up after 200 yds or less.But until that point I really scoot along under water.

now these are amazing fins, first time i used them was in cozumelamazing, swam down to divers free diving. 65-75 feet down. sooo much power! it took a couple of days for my feet/calves to wake up to them. but wow, i wish i had these years ago. the price from scuba.com was $150 cheaper than the dive shop in cozumel. if youre into spearfishing/free diving i just dont see any better optionsjust off the hook power. could actually swim against a 3 - 4 mph current without killing my self. good stuff!!

This is my first pair of "meter-long" fins. Very soft foot pocket. No blisters after 7 days of swimming all day. I am 11 4E shoe size and the 12-13 fits just right, maybe a tiny bit loose, but not enough to wear a sock. Plenty of power to go too.

Rating: Not for use in a pool

I bought these fins hoping to conserve some energy so my air would last me longer. My first shot was jumping in the pool to test them out, pointless, 2 kicks and your bumping your head on the other end. I got the chance to use them in the ocean today. I can honestly say they exceed my expectations. Will take some time to get used to, but work like a charm.

Ive been diving with standard jet fins for a while now, and switching to the Cressi 3000 for free diving has been amazing. These fins offer an increase in speed and a decrease in leg strain, I would highly recommend this fin for those interested in free diving.

After using shorter fins for freediving for so many years these fins have increased my depth and bottom time. The more flexable gara 3000 incourages slower and smoother kicks while providing greater thrust to get you down. Im able to wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort and am fully satisfied with this purchase.

Havent had much chance to use them in open water, mostly cleaning the boat bottom. You get just as much thrust with a slower kick. They can be problematic trying to do stuff in a short space, shallow water as they are difficult to move being so big. All in all, more efficient but if you try to overdrive them, you will cramp up.

The size split can be difficult to fit in that case. It depends upon where your normal sneaker shoe size lies. If you are a 9 - 9.5 then go down in size. If you are normally a 9.5 - 10 then go larger.
