Sherwood Elite Adjustable Strap Fins

I wear an 8 boot in my fins and recently ordered a regular Sherwood Elite open pocket fin. The fin says size 9-10 M and feels a bit loose, should I have a smaller size. I spoke with someone at your company before ordering the medium but am feeling I was not advised correctly. Thanks!

If you are using a water boot that size might be too large. Order according to your shoe size, if you are in between sizes go up to the next closest size. As long as the item is not used in the water you have up to 60 days to refund or exchange it.

Bill Thanks for your response. However, I remain a bit confused. I wear a 9.5 womens shoe and my boots are an 8 as I mentioned previously. How does that figure into your equation for round up or down a shoe size. I would go to a local scuba store and try on these fins but no one carried them. If the store orders them I have to buy them, because they are a special order. Your assistance is appreciated. Based on the size you wear in a shoe, I would order Mens 7-8/Womens 8-9 (Small).
