Rating: the h20 thruster dive fins are awesome!
Reviewer: robert britt,
Great buy for the price, I do a lot of beach diving which requires much more paddling than diving from a boat and these fins work great for me. Theyre very comfortable, my feet and toes dont feel cramped in them, they have a nice snap while being flexible enough to not cause extra leg fatigue. I would recommend these fins to anybody.

Rating: Great first set of fins.

Ive never owned fins before. I am 28, male, 62 180 lbs. I bought a set of these fins to have my snorkeling gear for scuba diving. I now have so much fun snorkeling I havent even bothered to get certified in scuba. The difference fins make are enormous. With little effort I propel myself forward so fast my snorkel starts shaking back and for against my hood and I feel like wind is rushing over my head. If you want to see more underwater, get fins. I cant compare these to other fins but Ill say that Ive had no issues using them so far. They go on easy and are comfortable. They are very fast but also allow for slight movements. They are slightly negatively buoyant so if you move very slowly you can stay prone in the water,, if you sit totally still your feet will hang below you but they fins dont drag you down.

Rating: Good fins with a lot of thrust
Reviewer: Thayn Moore, - View all my reviews
These fins work very well. The extra length allows them to really give a lot of push. I wouldnt recommend them for casual divers or those who do not have the sufficient leg strength.
I found them very useful when I went spearfishing with a beach approach as there was a strong current and decent waves pushing me into the rocks. The additional thrust helped me get past the waves (where others in my group couldnt).

These are really big fins for a small woman which we sent back to Scuba.com for a painlessly refund (Scuba.com is very efficient!!)
My dusghter is only 52" - the fins seemed half as big for her ...would be great for a guy 56" or taller.

This Product was exactly what I was looking for. Shipment was fast. Adjustable straps work GREAT. If your looking for fins that are stylish and functional, These fins are for you! Im fairly new at diving and with my first 5 dives these worked great. They fit well and did not hurt my feet at all.

Rating: A very good buy
Reviewer: Marty F.,
Although I have never actually broke a strap on my fins, I know others who have. A broken strap can easily ruin a diving vacation. I thought it would be a good idea to have an extra set on hand just in-case. I found them at SCUBA.COM and got a really great deal on them.

Rating: Good Introduction Fins

As a new diver, I decided to purchase a dive package that included the H2O Thruster Adjustable Fins. I took them out for some dives in Hawaii, where they worked pretty well. I was a little concerned about the plastic heel strap, initially, but it seems to have held up just fine. All in all, Im glad I made the purchase.

Reviewer: Barry Greene,
I enjoy the fins, but find them a little to long. It is difficult to kick while snorkeling. They are an excellent purchase for the price.

Cant complain for the price! Liked them better than my stiff blade fins which exhausted me on shore dives. Feel like I can move much faster with these.

my 18 year old son wears a size 10.5 shoe. we are ordering a size 10 fin boot. which size fin would benefit him the 8-10 or 11-13?
Bob (Certified Scuba Instructor at Scuba.com)
:
First the boot. Most all manufacturers recommend going UP to the next size boot when you are a half size. There are 2 reasons for this. One, after awhile wearing the boot, the pressure placed on your toe will become painful. 2nd your toe will wear through the neoprene faster. The 2nd part of this is the fin size. Order the fin by the normal tennis shoe style sizing. They always take into account that you will be wearing a boot with the fin. In this case it would have you go up in this particular fin sizing to the 11-13.
