Just bought a pair of volo power and after about a dozen dives on them I really like them they have more power than I thought they would as the side-rails are not as stiff and beefy as the rails on my atomic splits but the weight makes a difference when you travel. If I really put effort into the fins Ill easily pass other divers. It took a couple dives for me to get the feel of them but now I like em. One thing nice compared to my atomics the volos feel like theres nothing on my feet and its improved my trim in the water.

i have a pair of the volo (original style) and am very happy with those. i decided to get a second pair and discovered that there is a newer version. the new and improved volo power fins are not as flexible as the originals a good thing. the buckle style has also changed while i am not a fan yet of the new style, im sure i will get used to it.

These fit me very well, a surprise since I bought them over the internet without trying them on first. Work well in the water, I think better than my old split fins (which I am now offically retiring.)

this fin is probably the best fin i have ever tried on. Not only is it comfertable the way it glides through the water is amazing. Recommend getting these fins but you need boots with them. If you dont have the boots ur not going to like the fin.

As a novice diver, I took the recommendation from a friend with over 1000 dives in his log book and bought these fins. They make an incredible difference in terms of mobility and ease of movement in the water. Great recommendation for an excellent product. I would buy them again without question.

extremly performant fins, almost to much. no need to push hard to move forward, but also very sensitive, not very much for beginners. I LOVE them, took me 4 dives to get comfortable in the water, the quick release buckles are very usefull and for that kind of money you cant go wrong.

many benefits:
1.lightweight so it wont weigh down your already heavy dive bag and in airline baggage wt restritions every ounce helps
2.swim faster in the water with less effort and hence less
cramps/weakness of legs
3.if you have long strides when you swim this is the fins for you compared to split fins where you need shorter strides.(note:split fins heavier!)
only disadvantage is some older dive bags may not accomdate the width of these fins

Even as a new diver I found the Volo fins to be true to size and very easy to swim with. The bindings made it easy to get the fins on and off both in the water and out. Additionally, I found them to provide a great deal of thrust with minimal effort - the biggest challenge was ascending slow enough! Id buy them again.

Hello Marvin, yes these are the same fins. But for the $99.95 price this is a demo item and only come in Silver or Blue in all sizes. If you are looking for a different color in this fin then it would be a different price. If you have a pair of Volo Power fins they will be the same. If it is the original Volo fin, they changed when this version came out a couple years ago. They are several inches longer.

We do not have the specifications on weight for the fins. These are full size scuba fins and will not be the lightest fins. Hello,
I just recieved my "DEMO" volo power fins today 99.95 and am super stoked! These things look brand new. As I first time Scuba Gear buyer you guys have been awesome. Didnt have the mask I wanted in stock so subbed for a different mask and it is perfect, exactly what I was looking for so keep up the good work. The question I have about the fins, I wear a size 9 shoe and bought fin size 9-11 I believe, did I buy the right size. I havent tried them on yet with boots cause I am still waiting for them. They seem big without boots though, should I have got smaller size fins, what do you recommend people do if they are at that in-between size. Thanks, keep up the awesome work.
