Rating: Its fantastic!!!

they say it only takes a few short hours to dry out your wet suit- believe it. the first time i used it with my semi-dry suit was late one evening after a night dive. the next morning, all but the attached hood was dry. im impressed, to say the least. i would recommend this to anyone who hates to put on a cold and damp suit from the day before.

Rating: Surprisingly handy

This came free with a wetsuit as I would definitely not pay $50 for a coat hanger (or so I thought)! But, despite my scepticism, it is made by a good brand, seems solid and the fan and cord set-up seems surprisingly robust. The air pressure through the wetsuit can be felt on the arm and leg holes.

Rating: The quick and the dry
Reviewer: Brian B., Sunday, June 13, 2010
Dries my 5mm wetsuit in less than half the time of regular hang drying. About the same noise level as a home computer fan. The hanger shoulders are HUGE - no chance of damaging your wetsuit by hanging it over a thin hanger!

In a previous review I wrote about how the HangAir was a great product - very handy. This review was written because I was prompted by an email from Scuba.com to write another review after I bought a second one. This one was a Christmas gift. In other words, I liked it so much I bought it for a fellow diver who uses his drysuit a lot.

Rating: great product

we bought these hangers right before we went diving some springs in florida.after an all day diving excursion we returned to our hotel and hung our wetsuits and went to bed.around 200 a.m. i woke up and realized only one hanger was actually working.when i checked the other one,it was working fine.not only fine but my wife`s suit was already dry.so i changed the suits and went back to bed.when i woke up my suit was about 90% dry.comfortable enough.so we were stuck with one hanger for the rest of our dives.no problem, had to change them out but dried both our suits.when back home i called scuba.com and they replaced the hanger.no questions asked!!very professional!!! love this product and would recommend this to anyone who is planning many dives in a row and wants a dry suit in hours! thank you scuba.com!!!

Rating: HangAir Very Handy
Reviewer: Paul Selden, Monday, January 04, 2010 - View all my reviews
ive been using a hangair for more than a year now, so can give a report based on a lot of use. in michigan i dive every week in a drysuit from about september through december, then again once the ice clears until about june, so my hangair stays busy. in a nutshell, this product works as advertisedand it works great. i use it for my drysuit. the inside of my drysuit usually gets damp from condensation (or leaks) after a dive. before using the hangair, letting it air dry always seemed chancy. using my hangair, the suit fills with so much air it puffs out all the way down to the feet, and pours out of the wrists. it now drys in hours, vs. what seemed like days. the other great part about the hangair is that it gives great shoulder support to the suit. so it replaces my other drysuit hanger, making it an even better value. i definitely recommend this product.

Rating: good start, needs work

the concept is both obvious and clever a fan inside your wetsuit so it will be dry by next dive. i dont know why resorts that cater to divers dont do something about this on a mass scale, as nobody likes putting on a cold, wet wetsuit. unfortunately, this product is big for suitcase purposes, and not very high-powered (no heat, just a little fan), so it takes a while to do the job. get one where the wings fold in or collapse or come off and a fan with a little more testosterone and youve got a winner.

Rating: One of the top must have item

I bought this when Scuba.com had it on sale. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading all the positive reviews other people had about it, I figured there must be some truth to it. "The proof is in the pudding," and this product works extremely well. My 5mm H2 wetsuit was completely dry after 6 or 7 hours. It is a must have item for divers.

Rating: Absolutely Perfect!

I was a bit skeptical when I heard about this product. I decided to buy it to help with the classes I teach and eliminating the ice cold wetsuit I put on multiple times a day. This has been a life saver in that it begins drying right away and is quiet in doing so. It was a great investment. Thank you!!!!!

Rating: Works Really Well
Reviewer: Melissa Gordon, Monday, February 16, 2009
it was pretty handy last week when we had 3 consecutive days of great waves in surfside, texas! i turn my wetsuit inside out and dry the outside first. then, i turn it back to normal to dry the inside. it does get the suit pretty dry overnight. i will continue to use it this time of year when i need to wear a wetsuit in the gulf of mexico. this was a great (belated christmas) present from my girlfriend. thanks! el jefe
