I work on a dive boat, so my gear is in the sun, and salt water constantly. I mark all my gear, especially the neoprene and with the old paint pens I used to use it was off with in a couple months and never stood out very well anyway. This stuff is durable and stands out. I use the yellow and you can see it a mile away, and so far its holding up like a champ. It does take a little practice to write well with it, but once you get the technique down youll love it. The only reason its not getting 5 stars is because it is a pain to get the hang of using

This is a great product and adheres well to dive equipment. It is highly likely that at some point you will dive with someone who has nearly the same equipment as you...this happened to me on my first dive trip with my fins! Having my equipment marked with this paint made it easy to keep track of what equipment belonged to who...or is it whom. :-)

This paint works extremely well on "soft" surfaces, such as neoprene, booties, gloves, bags, etc. It does not wear off easily and clearly identifies your gear. I highly recommend this product for marking your equipment and gear.
