Great way to connect a compass. Easy to see and best of all its out of the way. I tried a wrist mount and didnt like it, but the hose mount does the trick.

I rate this Oceanic Compass Boot a 5 star rating. Its price was right in the ball park, fit my compass as stated it would. The rubber is plyable and it adjusts on my wrist comfortably, even my 8 year old son wore it and learned how to use a compass in our local pool. Before having a compass on my wrist I was using a retractable boot along with my dive computer, not bad but the retractor has had some issues. With the Oceanic Compass Boot, that is no longer a problem! Direction under water is a breeze now and no fumbling with retractors. Thanks Oceanic! Fred

I was very excited to receive this item, My compass fit right in and the function was great. It wasnt until I tried to use the product I found the problem. This must be for warm water divers as it is not even close to going on over the dry suit

Rating: Switch out your console compass, save a few $$$

If your going into cave/tec diving you can switch that old "snagzall" console out and put your compass on your wrist, and save a few $$ from buying compass, strap and all. If youve got a puck style computer, get a band for it too, a SPG, and your good 2 go. ...Then ponder why you bought that console in the first place.
