Reviewer: Dawn Klein,
Bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas.. I read the previous reviews about the sizing and they are slightly larger than a normal size would be..but I took that into account and they fit perfect! Hes very happy with them :)

Rating: very comfortable
Reviewer: Richard Barker,
These boots are more comfortable than any ive ever worn. I live in GA,bought these to go diving, and I actually wear them around the house. Its been so cold lately,so wearing these are more comfy then docker shoes, and an ease to take on and off.I love the added padding on the heel,so my fin straps dont blister my heels. A must to have. Recomended 100%

Rating: good boots but order a size smaller
Reviewer: Jason Craven,
I normally wear a size 12, but these boots are loose even in size 11. They are extremely comfortable and grippy, but a snugger fit would be better. Also, a velcro or other zipper lock would help keep the zipper from undoing during surface swims.

Rating: Great fit - soft and comfortable

Good comfortable fit - a bit more softness and flexibility than other boots typically have. Although a bit softer than other boots, they still had good sole/bottom support though.

Works great my Mares Volo Power fins. My regular size is 10, ordered 9. Feels like ideal fit would be with half a size smaller. However during dives boots did the job adequately.

:
If you are a size 9, than get the 9-11 fins. If the fins are too small, you will get cramps in your toes.

Im looking at the mare 5mm classic med boot. I wear a size 9 1/2 shoe what size would I want in this boot.

:
Always purchase your boots based on your normal sneaker style shoe size. Scuba boots are not made in 1/2 sizes so the manufacturers recommend you round up to the next nearest full size.
Flexa DS
The exclusive design of the sole features a system of drainage grooves (DS Draining System), which prevent the suction effect between boot and foot pocket. Donning and doffing a fin becomes much easier. Ideal for those who have to cover large distances on foot to the dive site.
Trilastic is our distinctive marking, the symbol of Mares know-how in terms of Neoprene.
At the start, Trilastic was identified with the idea of developing a dive suit with Neoprene sheets of different thicknesses. The greatest thickness is positioned at the core chest area and back, gradually thinning out on the arms and legs down to the wrists and ankles, where the material used is not just thinner but also more elastic, to improve seal and, of course, facilitate putting the suit on and taking it off.
Today, Trilastic has greater meaning. It is a world of materials, linings, finishes, zippers, and technical details that all aim to create the ideal suit for every need and every type of dive. Trilastic means mating the most suitable type of material to each section of the body for that particular type of dive.
