Rating: They Actually Work
Reviewer: Stevens Crowe, Thursday, February 25, 2010
Got my new boots and tried them out paddling on the Southern coast of Texas. I was very happy with them. They kept my feet warm and they handled walking on both mud and oyster reefs. Water was 53 degrees and weather was cold and wet. Air temperature was in the 40s. No problem. I am a pretty good sized fella, but I still had enough room in the boots to cover my wetsuit and rain pants. Did some wade fishing so they got wet inside. No problem. Kept my feet reasonably warm if not dry.

Rating: The Perfect Kayak Boot
Reviewer: Alan Holcomb, Monday, May 18, 2009
Without a doubt, the best all around Kayak boot available. I fish out of a Hobie Outback with the Mirage Drive system where you power with your feet and legs. The problem I had is that when I wore waders and boots so that I could stop and fish a pool I had a hard time getting the wading boot in the foot strap. That problem is fixed with the Neosport Kayak boot as it is low profile and fits the strap beautifully. My only suggestion would be to buy one size larger than your shoe size to accomodate heavy socks or stocking waders. I highly recommend these boots. Alan Holcomb

Rating: kayak boots
Reviewer: donna juffer, Friday, May 01, 2009
This are the most fabulous piece of equipment I could have found. I am from South Dakota and kayak the Missouri river year round. Hunting boots are too combersome and aqua sock, tennis shoe etc do not give enough protection. The boot come up to your knee so you can get in and out of your boat and not have to worry about wet or cold feet. I order a size larger than my shoe so I could put a wool sock under the boot. LOVE the BOOTS I wish I would have found them 15 years ago. I have already told friends and they have ordered them as well. Great buy for the price. Sole cleans out very easily if you get in to mud or clay.

Rating: Warm and dry
Reviewer: Robert W., Tuesday, December 30, 2008
These boots are just what I was looking for. I paddle when the weather allows all winter and I needed small profile but warm and dry boot that was high enough to allow me to enter my kayak by straddling it in shallow water. These boots did not disappoint me. They are small enough fitting to my foot that I have no trouble controlling my rudder in my Westside Boat, Thunderbolt T-Rex which is quite narrow. So if you try to paddle all year around like me these boots might be the ticket.

Rating: Great boots
Reviewer: enrique duprat, Sunday, December 14, 2008
I bought these boots to enter the water when kayaking in cold weather. They fit very snugly but are easy to put on and take off. The insulation is excellent and you dont feel the waters temperature. They are comfortable to walk with and to kayak with them on. They are flexible and soft enough to easy pack in a suitcase.I strongly recommend them for the intended use. Enrique Duprat

Rating: A Rare Find!

kayak season in montana is short and, the worst part is the necessity of stepping in the water to enter or exit the kayak as the season changes to colder weather. the neosport explorer kayak boots are a perfect accessory to add the comfort and warmth needed to extend the season for recreational kayaking.

Rating: kayak Boots

The boots work great, only potential problem is that the strap is becoming unglued from the boot. Will have to modify. Otherwise they keep my feet warm and dry.
