Not much in this DVD that I wasnt taught or is common sense. There is a contradiction in this DVD though. You are suppose to find out you weighting before you dive using a full tank and then it implies to confirm this after your dive. Since the difference weighting can be around 5 lbs due to the air you breathed, how can you still be correctly weighted after (as they demonstrate - at surface exhale and water level should eye-level, inhale and your head is above the water with no air in the BC) both before and after.

After reading the other reviews I thought this might be worthwhile. Disappointed! This DVD is only 21 minutes long and spends the first 5 minutes trying to convince you that you that bouyance is important. Isnt that why youre watching it to begin with? This DVD comes up short on specifics beyond adjusting your weights so that you float at eye-level. In other areas it seems to bring up more questions that it answers.

Probably the most valuable skill. This DVD is different from most other PADI products. The main diver in the video actually narrates the show. Excellent product.

I found this vidio to be both a nice addition to my padi course a year ago, as well as alot of eye candy of reefs and aquatic life.
