Rating: Great Bag
Reviewer: William W., Wednesday, October 12, 2011
I carry 36lbs. of lead shot weights and this bag makes transporting and storing them easy, plus theres enough room for the removable weight pockets from my BCD. I even keep my gloves and dive light in the bag.

Rating: Great Weight Bag!!

have been using it for several months now, has plenty of room for weights. i carry two 5lbs, two 4lbs, two 3 lbs, four 2lbs, two 2lbs ankle weights, two 1lbs ankle weights along with my two large seaquest bc weight pouches with room to spare. the weight bag is well constructed and extremely durable. the zipper is well made and have not had any binding issues. there are also a few drainage holes on the bottom of the bag to help any water drain from the bag. i would buy deffinately buy this bag again if i needed a 2nd bag.

Rating: Great Bag!

Well constructed and rugged. Sea water, no problem. It has the capacity to hold a lot of weight. The only issue would be carrying it if it is too heavy. Luckily, I only need 30 lbs. When cleaning, I just rinse the inside weights and all, and let it drain using the grommet holes in the bottom. I totally needed this bag because I used to carry my weights in my backpack. Now, I can carry them separately and put them down whenever I get tired.

Rating: Super great weight bag

This is a small, compact weight bag but made out of very strong durable material. What you expect from a Akona bag. I carry 32lbs of weight in varies sizes and the bag is just a little over half full. Has heavy duty carring handles and strong zipper, also comes with a name tag. Something else I really like if you have to put your weights up wet or damp, the bag has 4 grommet type drain holes located in the bottom panel.

Rating: Akona - what else can you say

I have many Akona products and like this one, it is heavy duty to carry wait, water proof for low damage with wet weights and yet small enough to carry seperately or if you have room at the bottom of your roller bag. Highly recommended.

Rating: Akona weight bag
Reviewer: William Kloppe, Monday, February 23, 2009
This weight bag is a great little bag. I carry about 50#s of soft weights without fear of the handles or bag tearing or fraying. On a recent dive, several other divers were using the Akona without worrying about the bag getting wet and weaking the construction.

Rating: Best weight bag Ive ever seen or used
Reviewer: Scott Michael, Saturday, December 06, 2008 - View all my reviews
Its strong with straps that support the bottom of the bag and not just the sides. There are large brass grommets to drain water from the bag.
Its large enough to carry weight for a number of people. When our dive club goes out for Open Water training, two bags are enough for 6 divers in fresh water.
Tyhe handles are comfortable even when the bag is heavy.
A couple of our instructors have used their bags for years and except for a little fading due to sun exposure, the bags are no worse for wear.

I love this bag, good for my weights and several tools that I like to take with me when I travel. Took to the Turks/Caicos and this worked great!
