Rating: Excellent product for slim divers.

Im 59"ish and about 150 lbs, I bought a size Medium (Male) and this thing fits me Snug/perfect! It has great mobility and keeps me warm in So. Ca. waters. Needless to say its a great product for slimmer people (since I have a pretty slim/athletic build). I would say the size chart is true with the taller/heavier extreme of the size being very snug on the wearer.

Rating: Good suit, but be thorough adjusting the neck.

I have had this suit out in Lake Superior half a dozen times in the last few weeks. We have been diving areas where the water temperature has been in the mid to high 60s F, so it has not yet proven itself in cold water. It has a Velcro closure on the neck seal that tends to let a little water leak in if not adjusted just right. I ordered the size where I fell in the middle of all the ranges of the Pinnacle size chart and find that it could be a little longer to get a better seal between suit, boots and gloves. The zippers at the ankles also have a tendency to unzip about an inch during the dive, although I have yet to feel any water infiltration from this. I have not felt cool or uncomfortable even after 2 and 1/2 hours in the water with this suit, but I dont get cold easily.

Rating: Pinnacle 7mm Cruiser Titanium Jumpsuit / Wetsuit

Just got this suit by taking advantage of another great Scuba.com promotion. This suit fits perfectly on me. I am 510", 185 lb Male (w/ Athletic build) and the Pinnacle chart calls for a Med-L or L-Short. I went with the Large and am glad i did, as the Pinnacles tend to have the Italian Tailor cut (ie Cressi, Mares). If you have bigger thighs the longer length will be taken up by them. If your similar in size I would recommend going up at least 1-2 sizes of the recommended one. Also, no problem getting the length over a 5mm Pinnacle boot.
As far as warmth, just used it 2x in Great lake diving and was warm @ 58 F. on a repetitive dive. Will be going back to So. Cal in August and will try it out at deeper depths then.
In Sum, Great suit for the Price !

I bought this suit for students to use during dive training in Maine. The student who used it had no trouble putting it on and was warm during the dive. The price was perfect and the quality was good especially for an entry level diver.

Rating: Pinnacle suit

I use this suit for diving off the coast of Mendocino. This suit keep me just the right temperature. Im a 62 195 and I chose the suit to their recommended specs and its a little tight in the crotch and the back. It feel like its going to rip when I bend over, but so far it has held strong and Ive been diving with it approx 10 times. Other than that its a great suit.

Rating: Pinnacle 7/5 wet suit
Reviewer: stephen b., Saturday, May 29, 2010
The pinnical wetsuit worked very well in keeping me warm in the cold waters off Newfoundland (32 f)-(0 c) and the size chart was right on with my hight and weight. I would recomend this suit to anybody in a cold water enviorment as a alternate to a dry suit $

Rating: Comfortable!

All the wetsuits I used to rent made me hate diving in cold water. They would constrict my neck and make it harder to breathe and Id be worn out just getting them on. This wetsuit is so comfortable and much easier for me to get on it makes me cant wait for my next cold water dive!

Rating: Winter swimming
Reviewer: Maggi Perl, Saturday, October 31, 2009 - View all my reviews
I got this wetsuit for some winter swimming in my pond in WV.
I wanted to get an XL which is what seemed best going by the size chart. Reviews mentioned that sales people were very helpful on size so I let the salesman talk me into a L. Wrong! Had to send it back and get an XL so the size chart was accurate. It is Halloween and the temperature is 50 degrees and the pond water is cold. I was very comfortable swimming a mile. The legs kept my feet up very high until I used a set of ankle weights that helped a whole lot.
Swimming in this suit at this time of year is very enjoyable and hopefully I will be able to swim in much colder temperatures.
Thanks!

Rating: Well made suit

I ordered the Pinnacle 7mm Cruiser and was very impressed with the material and stitching. I needed a larger size and am currently waiting for it to arrive (it is back ordered...) My rating is based on examination of the suit, I have not had it on in water yet.

I weight 135 lbs. and am 5 foot, 6 in.
What size should I buy?

:
Hello Joanne, when you are sizing a wetsuit the 2 most important measurements are going to be the Chest/Bust, Waist. Then Height is a secondary measurement and weight you throw out the window. If you have any opther questions please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822.

What is the inch difference between the Med. Tall and the Large Tall?
I bought the Medium along and it does not fit my body. Its too short. I am 56" and weight 135 lbs...
Thank you

:
Hello Joanne, if you are asking about the men size Med Tall vs Large Tall there is a 4" difference. If you are asking about sizes for women there is no Large Tall to compare to the Med Tall. The difference from Med Tall vs Large is one inch. If you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call at 1.800.347.2822.
