Reviewer: Michael H. on 1/6/2012 OceanQuest Lycra Dive Skin Jumpsuit - the order was processed lightening fast plus free delivery! four hours after placing the order online i received an e-mail that it was shipped. i checked tracking and it was in transit early the next day. cant ask for anything better. i like the oceanquest lycra dive skin jumpsuit because of the front zipper. a major problem with many scuba exposure suits is being too tight around my neck. the front zipper allows me to keep it open a couple of inches at the neck so it doesnt feel too tight. im a tweener since the sizing guidelines said the medium is kinda small and the large is kinda big. too big and we defeat the purpose of the base layer so i got the medium. its really a second skin... Reviewer: Keith F. on 2/14/2010 Great fin straps - I believe that any review should start out by describing the users experience, and the manner in which the product was used. I am relatively new to the world of diving as I had just been certified last summer, and I only completed five boat dives with these straps. I really liked these fin straps because they make it super easy to don and doff my fins. All it takes is a simple pull of the strap handle and to slide the strap either up over the foot or down away from the foot to secure/remove the fins. We had one day of diving where the seas got pretty rough (4-6 foot swells) during our dive, and I had absolutely no problems getting the fins off using one hand while hanging onto the small... Reviewer: Michael H. on 11/5/2012 Layer For Best Results - What you wear under your wetsuit or drysuit does make a difference. I have the Ocean Quest jumpsuit so I know the fit and quality. As divers, we are rarely gentle when donning our gear on a dive boat and our undergarments are secondary to our wetsuit or drysuit. Ocean Quest takes the insults in stride. I dont always need the jumpsuit so I was happy to get the short sleeve rash guard and it didnt disappoint. Good quality. Nice fit. I did order a size larger than usual for this base layer to make sure it was comfortable all day. Its a heavier fabric than my usual base layers with good seams. The high quality logo adds style! Reviewer: Ken H. on 1/28/2013 Cheap Insurance - i bought this beanie for a january trip to cozumel where a little extra warmth can be nice just in case the sun isnt blazing between dives. as it turned out i wore it for all dives (in addition to my 3 mm suit) because... i just like to be warm. a few times on the trip back to the dock i fastened the side flaps up and continued to wear it like...a beanie. being from northern michigan (land of the dry suit) i really appreciate efficient ways to keep warm and comfortable in and out of the water and if you try to tough your way through getting cold you will lose. and we all know how much heat is lost from the head, right? so buy this beanie and stick in in your bag. btw, its comfy and... Reviewer: David Reubush on 5/2/2013 Comfortable, Fit Great, Enables Camera Operation - I have developed a terrible allergy to hydroid stings. Therefore I wear gloves whenever the operator I am diving with will allow it. I am also an underwater photographer and being able to operate small buttons on my camera housing is important. I have been searching for a pair of gloves that both protects my hands and makes camera operation easy. These are the first pair of gloves I have found that meet both of my needs very well. The only thing I dont know at this point is how long they will last. |

Reviewer: Michael Guerrero on 2/24/2013 Great Boots - Pros: Warm. I dive 52 degree lakes and these are toasty warm. Can easily stay 45 min or longer in the water with no discomfort. True to size, I wear an 11.5 - 12 and they fit nicely and close to the ankles. I tuck them under my wetsuit and it works perfectly. They are easy to get on and off. Just Con: They do hold a lot of water when you come out, so if youre doing repetitive dives with a lengthy surface interval youll probably want to empty them out quickly so you dont slosh around all over the boat/shore. |

So I knew I needed some serious gloves. Thank you so much. They are exactly what I needed. I go to Weight Watchers every Saturday and I created an inspiration panel on the wall because I wanted to give back. I hung up my original pair and cannot wait to wear these out.
