| Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Arthur H F. on 8/31/2009
InstaDry is a Nice Warm Dive Wetsuit - the price was right, so i decided to try the henderson instadry 3mm wetsuit. i tend to get cold easily doing multiple dives over a week and was looking for a warm dive suit. this is what i learned from reading the various comments and trying out the suit during a weeks dive trip.
(1) you probably need to order one size up. I wear a size 6 in the henderson hyperstretch. The size 8 in the instadry fit nicely.
(2) the suit is very! difficult! to get into. i tried putting a dry body into a dry suit and then a wet body into a wet suit, as was suggested. then i hit upon squirting diluted baby shampoo into the suit and on mei slid in easily (and smelled great as well after the dive)! ... View Full Review

| Henderson Insta Dry Gloves Reviews
Reviewer: Michael J Thompson on 9/24/2007
Warm and durable - I was impressed with the durability and warmth of the Henderson Insta Dry Gloves 3mm. Recently I recieved my new gloves and tried them out in Italy while diving a Alpine river. The water temp was 11 celsisus and a current. I dove the river in a dry suit and normally would wear dry gloves, but since the latex in my dry gloves broke down I thought I would try my 3 mm Henderson Insta dry. Appearance wise, not so exciting, but fit, use and warmth, I was very pleased very much. They held up well from holding onto rocks and handling items found underwater. My hands stayed warm and the fit was very nice. I did not miss my dry gloves at all, I will use my 3 mil and my 5 mil Henderson insta dry... View Full Review

| Henderson Lycra Suit Reviews
Reviewer: Andrea Keely on 1/6/2009
So glad I found this! - My sister talked me into getting the Henderson lycra "skin" suit and Im so glad she did. We were planning to go snorkeling at Cozumel over the winter holidays. We both ordered them online. I figured shed order the blue stripe, so I ordered the yellow. She lives in Florida, I live in Washington-and we both had them in 3 days time by standard delivery. The size is true to fit.The arms and legs are long enough and would easily scrunch up for a short person. It was hot outside but we didnt notice any added discomfort while wearing the suits.Theyre feather light. The sleeves and legs stayed down even without using the stirrups and finger bands.Theyre form-fitting, but as a woman in a foreign place... View Full Review

| Henderson 3mm Thermoprene Shorty Reviews
Reviewer: Lisa M. A. on 2/17/2009
Henderson 3mm Thermoprene Shorty serves more bounce to the ounce! - Fact is, Im a big woman. Im into the range of the specialty sizes listed on manufacturers like Henderson - and some dont even list them at all.
So when Im faced with the possiblity of special orders and custom made items with exorbitant costs, I turn to scuba.com and start trolling the closeouts and clearance for larger mens sizes.
This time I was preparing for a dive in tropical weather, and wanted my OWN shorty instead of the ragged scraps often served by dive shops in the area.
I found this item among a number of others - it was a out of the box demo, so I took a risk (my risk taking with scuba.com is often VERY rewarding) and got it.
Once arrived, the thing was pure magic. ... View Full Review

| Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Heavy Duty Boots Reviews
Reviewer: Sharon K. on 10/6/2007
Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Heavy Duty Boots: - These boots are everything that everyone said. Perfect, perfect, perfect. It easily slides on, and is very comfortable to wear: like soft silicone moulded to your feet. When you take off the fins, you can just walk on the rocks on the shore with no problems, rinse them, and let it dry. My husband ended up rinsing them on, and then driving with them in the car back to our bungalow. (Just be careful not to get a tan with them on. Youll look silly.)

| Henderson 17oz Superior Polyolefin Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Tom B. on 9/22/2008
Good but not Great - The Henderson Jumpsuit fit great, was easy to get on and off and provided similar warmth to that of a 2mm wetsuit. It was also nice that it had basically neutral buoyancy which allowed me to reduce my weight by about 2 lbs. Last week I used this wetsuit to dive in the waters around Curacao. I found that it was still a bit too warm for my tastes and was able to survive with a rash guard most of the trip. I used the jumpsuit only for night dives or when I got to my third or fourth dive during a day. My one complaint is that the jumpsuit seems to be more susceptible to pilling when compared to a typical wetsuit. After one use, the shoulders showed noticeable wear from my BCD. I am not... | Henderson 0.5mm Microprene Front Zip Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Tom Dolbec on 5/6/2007
Super dive skin - I got this as a replacement for the unisex henderson solely for snorkling. This suit was better fitting and more comfortable. It allows freedom of movement with no restictive ares. It had better room for the bust, hips and rear. In the cayman sun, it gave excellent sun protection and was not too hot when on the beach. There is a small amount of flotation that it provides, but is only an issue when trying to stay down on free diving. I found the neck to be comfortable and non restictive.

| Henderson Insta Dry Heavy Duty Boots Reviews
Reviewer: Ellen P K. on 4/16/2007
Warm feet! - I had to order the 7mm boots as the 5mm would not get to me in time for my trip to Hawaii. I wore them in Kauai and in Kona. The best part for me was the way my feet remained warm during a 35 minute Manta Ray night dive. Cold feet can certainly be disconcerting when you are in the midst of something so very special. My only complaint is the thickness made them hard to adjust for my fins. I felt that my fins/boots were slipping off. However, the quick drying feature was certainly appreciated when it came time to pack!
