| Henderson 7mm Insta Dry Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Laura Krause on 10/23/2008
Insta Dry rocks - I bought the 7 mm insta dry for quarry diving in Ohio. I didnt get a chance to use it in the quarry but I did take it on a vacation to the Caribbean. Yea, I know, youre thinking a 7 mm in the Caribbean.
I have never been able to enjoy night dives after diving all day on a liveaboard. I would get so cold and last only 30 mins. at the most. I was so miserable that I just about gave up night diving.
I usually dive with a 5mm hyperstretch which is fine during the day but the night just gets to me.
This suit was so toasty that I did every night dive and lasted up to 70 mins. Time limited not because I got cold but because of air. People on the boat laughed at the 7 mm in the Caribbean... View Full Review

| Henderson Insta Dry Gloves Reviews
Reviewer: Michael J Thompson on 9/24/2007
Warm and durable - I was impressed with the durability and warmth of the Henderson Insta Dry Gloves 3mm. Recently I recieved my new gloves and tried them out in Italy while diving a Alpine river. The water temp was 11 celsisus and a current. I dove the river in a dry suit and normally would wear dry gloves, but since the latex in my dry gloves broke down I thought I would try my 3 mm Henderson Insta dry. Appearance wise, not so exciting, but fit, use and warmth, I was very pleased very much. They held up well from holding onto rocks and handling items found underwater. My hands stayed warm and the fit was very nice. I did not miss my dry gloves at all, I will use my 3 mil and my 5 mil Henderson insta dry... View Full Review

| Henderson 3mm Thermoprene Shorty Reviews
Reviewer: Lisa M. A. on 2/17/2009
Henderson 3mm Thermoprene Shorty serves more bounce to the ounce! - Fact is, Im a big woman. Im into the range of the specialty sizes listed on manufacturers like Henderson - and some dont even list them at all.
So when Im faced with the possiblity of special orders and custom made items with exorbitant costs, I turn to scuba.com and start trolling the closeouts and clearance for larger mens sizes.
This time I was preparing for a dive in tropical weather, and wanted my OWN shorty instead of the ragged scraps often served by dive shops in the area.
I found this item among a number of others - it was a out of the box demo, so I took a risk (my risk taking with scuba.com is often VERY rewarding) and got it.
Once arrived, the thing was pure magic. ... View Full Review

| Henderson Lycra Suit Reviews
Reviewer: Sharon S. on 8/18/2007
I like it! - i am not your typical buyer, i would think. i am 60, not bad looking and had lost some weight but i knew that a regular bathing suit wouldnt look that good. things have sagged and such. so i bought this suit with the idea that it would give me some warmth and also allow a fairly ok figure to look its best. it is long sleeved and long legged and zipps up the front and is light weight. it dries quickly and sand just s off it in no time. it had its first outing in hawaii with my husband. i think i turned a few heads as most everyone else was nearly naked. and i think i looked good. and i was toasty and comfortable and had good movement. so, i say it is a good little suit. wore it... | Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Katherine B. on 2/17/2009
Difficult to get on, but great in water. - This wetsuit has a very rubbery-feel, and does not feel like neoprene very much. I used this wetsuit for diving in the Caribbean in February. It was about 80-85F on land, and 78F in the water. Before I went on my trip, I wore it around my house a few times. At home, it got easier to put on after the first few times, and I could slide it on pretty good. Once I got to the Carbbiean, I had more issues because even a little bit of sweat on me totally prevented me from getting the suit on. One of my fellow divers recommended I get the suit and myself wet, so I used the spray hose at the dive shop to spray down my arms and legs as I was pulling it on. This worked like a charm! With the... View Full Review

| Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Heavy Duty Boots Reviews
Reviewer: Sharon K. on 10/6/2007
Henderson 3mm Insta Dry Heavy Duty Boots: - These boots are everything that everyone said. Perfect, perfect, perfect. It easily slides on, and is very comfortable to wear: like soft silicone moulded to your feet. When you take off the fins, you can just walk on the rocks on the shore with no problems, rinse them, and let it dry. My husband ended up rinsing them on, and then driving with them in the car back to our bungalow. (Just be careful not to get a tan with them on. Youll look silly.)

| Henderson 17oz Superior Polyolefin Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Eric Krichbaum on 7/14/2007
"Fit" to perform - Dive skin was very comfortable and fit well - qualified later.
Foot straps helped to keep the legs in place.
Easy to put on.
I used in 84 degree water for protection. No problem with warmth.
Slight wear in shoulder area from BC.
Dries quickly.
Size chart for me was not accurate (my wife bought one and the chart matched her measurements better).
Im 6 3", 208 lbs, 43" chest, 37" waist, shirt: 16" x 35"
Per size chart I should use XXL.
Bought one - would have had to be 30 lbs heavier to fit.
Returned for XL - fit was still loose. Neck was very loose.
Bought Large - fit great. Returned XL.

| Henderson 7mm Hyperstretch Titanium Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Philip Aggio on 8/14/2007
A perfect fit, with perfect thermal protection! - I bought this suit because I needed something warmer than a 5mm but more flexible and easier to work with than my dry suit. I was unsure how the hyperstretch material would insulate against the cold water. I am very pleased to say that Henderson has not sacrificed warmth in order to achive the stretch factor but has achieved both. This suit is easy put on and take off and yet protect very well against the cold. When I am diving deep into really cold water I wear my 3mm Hyperstretch suit underneath and my 3mm/5mm hooded Hyperstretch vest for a very warm and comfortable dive.

| Henderson 3mm Hyperstretch Titanium Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Darcey B. on 9/16/2008
Greatest suit ever! - Words cant express how happy I am with this wet suit! As a woman who is athletic but still has an hourglass figure Ive had many, many problems finding a wet suit that I didnt have to fight to get on and that was actually comfortable once it was on. This suit was the answer to my struggle! Its easy to put on and is extremely comfortable. Almost like wearing pajamas! I completely forgot I was even wearing a wetsuit. My only complaint is that velcro is very attracted to this suit, more so than other suits I have...but with a little bit of extra care when putting your BC, gloves or anything else on that might have velcro, its no problem at all. I have gone on to buy more Henderson Hyperstretch... View Full Review

| Henderson 0.5mm Microprene Front Zip Jumpsuit Reviews
Reviewer: Tom Dolbec on 5/6/2007
Super dive skin - I got this as a replacement for the unisex henderson solely for snorkling. This suit was better fitting and more comfortable. It allows freedom of movement with no restictive ares. It had better room for the bust, hips and rear. In the cayman sun, it gave excellent sun protection and was not too hot when on the beach. There is a small amount of flotation that it provides, but is only an issue when trying to stay down on free diving. I found the neck to be comfortable and non restictive.
