| Deep See Atlantic Medium Sole Zipper Boots Reviews
Reviewer: Michael Rassette on 9/4/2007
scuba boots review - The scuba boots I purchased from your store was one of my best summer purchases. I spent alot of time in water this summer(whether it be the rivers or lakes in Kansas) and I enjoyed the comfort of the Deep See Atlantic scuba boot. I have had other boots in the past but the Deep See boot more sturdy and durable. I also like the heavy plastic zipper that has not failed me yet. When the zipper is zipped up, the top of the boot is snug to your leg and this prevents debris from getting into your boot. All of this is without the loss of discomfort while boot is in place. Plus with the boots durable sole, I was never injured due to the several rocks and other sharp objects that I stepped on.... View Full Review

| Deep See Excursion Roller Backpack Carry On Reviews
Reviewer: JON HALL on 4/11/2009
Perfect Fit - This carry on was exactly what I was looking for. If you just need to carry your basic gear, it may work for you. On recent trip I was able to pack into the main pouch 2 full wetsuits, 2 masks, 2 snorkels, 2 boots, 1 hood, 1 light, and in the fin pouch 1 pair of fins (Tusa split fins.) Could have crammed a few other small items in main pouch.
Also carried a can of tennis balls on the outside where tight drawstrings held it in place (there are 2 of these.) Could have made use of smaller vented, outer pouch for book, plane tickets, gloves, etc. Material bag is made of is very durable and zippers are well constructed. The only thing exposed were the tennis balls.
Great thing was that... View Full Review

| Deep See 5.5mm Sea Scout Kids Farmer John Reviews
Reviewer: Bruce Matthews on 8/20/2007
Kept the Kids Warm - Our kids are thin and small for their age (10 and 12) and no one make suits warm enough in small kid sizes for diving in the cold Pacific waters off California. We looked at all the dive/surf shops we could find in So. Calif to no avail. Everything that size was thin - aimed primarily at surfing. These suits were the perfect (and pretty much only) solution. The suit combo fit like a glove. For the cold water (62deg) off Santa Cruz Island, the kids wore a thin suit under this and with the integrated hood, less water seeped in the backside. The only down side was the wrap around chin fitting for the hood. It didnt quite fit right and as the kids have grown (we used it for a year now) they... View Full Review

| Deep See 2mm Barnacle Gloves Reviews
Reviewer: Michael C. on 9/8/2008
Public safety - I currently work on a Public Safety Dive Team, primarily responsible for body recovery work. Most of our diving is conducted in a large east coast river. Our divrs are always crawling along the bottom fighting currents. These gloves have proven invaluable in their durability and comfort. Most other gloves we have tried, always wore through on the finger tips or the stiching began to fray. The Deep Sea Barnace gloves are superb and are thin enough to provide a lot of dexterity, enabling our divers to manipulate our gear with ease. Highly recommended.

| Deep See 5mm Atlantic Medium Sole Classic Zipper Boots Reviews
Reviewer: Greg B. on 7/20/2009
A great find - Ive used Mares for years but have not been able to find them since the local dive store closed. I looked around and found Deep Sea boots - and I am very glad I did. The Deep Sea boot has a better sole and it continues around to the sides. This is important to me because I have a wide width and I used to break out of the Mares just above the sole and the sand would come pouring in. I use these for metal detecting both in the water and on the beach and so it is important to be as comfortable as possible. So far, these have performed very well. The only thing I found troublesome is that the zipper does not continue further down. Along with my wide width, I have a high in-step and it is... View Full Review

| Deep See Lycra Fin Socks Reviews
Reviewer: William F. on 8/24/2008
Deep See Lycra Fin Socks - Great!! - This is a "must have" item. I have been snorkeling for many many years and just put up with blisters/sore spots on my feet during extended trips. I ordered some for my whole family and we spent every day for a week snorkeling and everyone loved them. Not one sore spot or blister!!! Another concern I had was how they would hold up to heavy usage in the salt water, but they are still like new.

| Deep See Airform Sandal Reviews
Reviewer: Vladimir Babkin on 5/15/2008
Real flip flops for use in hard conditions - This is nice and comfortable sandal, adapted for recreation on the beach, near the sea. There are several distinctive features. When you go out of sea, the water runs out down through the holes into the soles, so your feet fast dry. At the same time your feet are kept, e.g. if youve trod on a sea-urchin :), inasmuch as this sandal have real protective steel cord (gauze) inside the soles. The soles are very soft and comfortable that especially agreeably when you walk on the rough surface with sharp edges.
Good luck!

| Deep See Aqua Glide Fins Reviews
Reviewer: johanna claasen on 8/2/2008
Aqua Glide Fins were great for the price - i used these fins primarily for snorkeling. the heel strap was very comfortable, and only when i used them on consecutive days of snorkeling that my ankle joints began to get sore. it was hard to say whether it was just physical strain or the fact that they were split fin and not as powerful, resulting in extra effort. ultimately i decided to try them for a 45 ft. dive in the bahamas. although i felt that i had to put a little extra force behind my strokes compared to non-split fins, i was able to keep up extremely well with everyone else. therefore, when in a pinch, these fins can be cross-purpose finsfor snorkeling and for scuba. for the price that these are offered on scuba.com...
