First off, I really appreciate these for screen protection. I don't know the mm size, but I have one on my Oceanic Geo 4.0 and it just barely fits. I also have one on my older Citizen Aqualand Diver watch and it is a bit too big. In either case, I can deal with the not so custom fit for some assurance of protection. Underwater, it helps magnify my screen for my older eyes. On the surface it show some frosty haze, but again it goes away while diving.

Easy...just slide band through the open slots. A little easier with a cloth/rubber watch bands... just remove the spring pins that hold band on for stainless steel bands and re-attach pins after cover is on.
