The Trident Hard Hat Divers Cloisonne Medallion was created from a mold of copper bronze base which is then stamped to create raised and recessed areas on the pin's face. The pin is carefully analyzed for accuracy and selected colors are hand-filled into the recessed areas with a powdered glass-like mixture. As each new color is added the pin is fired at 1600½F (871½C) for 2 to 4 minutes. This careful process ensures that your colors will appear sharp and distinct, and will not bleed together. Trident Hard Hat Divers Cloisonne Medallion is then polished, one at a time, then plated with the finish. Perfect gift for any diver who has a passion for diving.
