Friend maker

Good inexpensive backup snorkel keeper for travel. I bought several to take with me to French Polynesia and made several new friends when their snorkel keepers broke. I recommend keeping a few with you as backup.

Its super clear so you can barely see it’s there!

The most simple but functional snorkel keeper ever manufactured. This double loop style snorkel keeper can be adapted to virtually any snorkel if needed. Inexpensive (a buck and change) made from durable PVC you should have several in your save-a-dive-kit. Also, can be used as an octopus holder in a pinch! Oh Yea! Your kids can dip them in soapy water and blow bubbles too!

Questions & Answers

Questions about this item:

Shopper  is this a stretchy, silicone type keeper?
JOSEPH C  It is not soft like the silicone kind. it's a hard, rubbery material. It is not overly stretchy, but it is very flexible.
GARY R  No it is not. It is plastic, and not rubber. It does not stretch at all.
EDWARD J  No, not as stretchy as the ones of yesteryear that you may remember. I've used the old ones as octopus [alternate second stage regulator] keepers. These work OK for snorkel keepers, but are relatively stiff.
LESTER L  yep
CHARLES V  I got a few different ones over the years. Yes, I think its the lush squishy one If so it's real nice and substantial.
CHARLES G  The stretchy silicon snorkel keeper is a most versatile item in your gear bag. It can hold your octo to your BC, replace a broken snorkel clip or an assortment of quick fixes. McGiver would not be without one.
JAKE S  Yes! This is the really nice keeper that stretches but is extremely strong. Smells good too! I went ahead and re ordered about ten because my buddies are always loosing mine. The local dive shops are a really poor quality and tend to deteriorate with UV exposure. these are just the best you can get. I personally recommend.
ROB H  Not super stretchy like a gummy worm, but more of a solid, substantial silicone (withlimited stretch).
COLLEEN S  Yes, it has a small amount of stretch, easy to fit many snokles and around a mask strap.
Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
KEITH I  Inexpensive, better than plastic!
Leilei K  Spare back-up snorkel keeper. These soft ones also snag less on long hair compared to the hard snaps.
Steven O  The snorkel clip on my girlfriend's mask broke, this looked like the best replacement.
LARRY W  std
BILL H  actually this is the best one I have ever used and clear is good
WILSON O  Spare
