Just the tools you need

By David C.

Innovative's T-2 Scuba Tool has just the right attachments for most on-the-fly regulator repairs. They're all there: spanners for both high- and low-pressure hoses, Allen keys for removing hose plugs, straight and Phillips head screwdrivers, plus an O-ring removal tool, made of brass. Very compact. Fits perfectly in my Save-a-Dive kit.

Questions about this item:

WILLIAM C C  what sizes are the hex keys?
GIAN LUCA F  I really don't remember but it has few sizes useful for almost any need. I take it always with me when travel for diving. The only cons is that the keys are sometimes a little hard to take them out of the shell.
WILLIAM W  4 mm and 5 mm
JOSEPH D  One commented blades don't lock in place.if you use it in direction it opens it should stop against housing.Or does this one not do that but swings at end then that would make sense of his comment of not locking in place,I just want to clarify this.and is body plastic or covered in it.?
David R  The blades lock against the frame if you apply torque in the direction they open. The frame is metal with a plastic covering. It's compact, has all the tools to perform minor repairs in the field. Great for your save-a-dive kit.
Nick W  Stops against housing. Housing is a very thick plastic like 1/2 inch but has a metal insert on the inside tool presses against. It would take a lot to break this tool.
BOBBY S  Blades do not lock in place. They stop against the housing. Housing appears to be sturdy plastic, but I haven't held a magnet against it to verify. I have used it to disconnect and reconnect hoses, so far. Worked fine. Just remember, you get what you pay for. This tool is only meant for lightweight work.
Shopper  What are the 11 tools that come on this item?
LeisurePro S  One phillips head screwdriver, two flat head screwdrivers, two hex wrenches, a brass o-ring pick, and four low profile box end wrenches.
Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
KEITH N  good deal
JOANNE W  "Wish I hadn't now. It's just OK...the blades/wrenches don't lock into place making it almost impossible to use.
JOANNE W  Wish I hadn't now. It's just OK...the blades/wrenches don't lock into place making it almost impossible to use. Too bad, nice compact design if it worked.
