Great Bag!

By Charles S.

 -  Coeur d'Alene, ID, US

This bag is fairly large as it can hold two sets of dive gear plus wetsuits and fins. I bring it with me on trips and it folds down very small and light-weight. That said, the bag is extremely durable and performs very well. I am going to buy a second one for my wife so we can keep our gear separate and more organized for dive trips.

Big bag

By Vincent P.

 -  St Petersburg, FL, US

This is a nice big bag holds two complete sets of dive gear. I only wish it had a small zipper pocket on one of the sides for small items.

The Cressi Gorgona Mesh Bag is great for hauling virtually any dive equipment, even the heavy stuff. The duffel-style mesh bag is made of durable 70% polyester mesh and 30% 600-D polyester PUX2 material that lets water drain easily. Roomy enough and strong enough for a full set of gear, it is an ideal gear-hauler for live-aboard use or for carrying dive suits separately. The mesh bag is also excellent for carrying rental equipment when resort diving. It folds compactly into a round bag with handle and is easy to store in your suitcase or main dive bag, ready when you need it. Bag is equipped with YKK zippers. Padded full wrap-around carry handles make hefting the load that much easier.

Great thing about a mesh bag is that when you get to the wash tank on the dock after a day-of-diving you can submerge the entire bag in the tank and rinse you gear while still-in-the-bag. You can then let the gear drip-dry on the way home or back in the hotel shower when on vacation. The Cressi Gorgona Mesh Bag dimensions are long enough to pack even the longest freediving fins and measures 14.96" x 14.96" x 37.9" (38cm x 38cm x 96cm), has a volume of 8,457.5 cubic inches (138.6 liters) and weighs 1.65 lbs. (748.4 g) when empty.

This product can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Questions about this item:

vito c  how long ?
CHARLES S  37 3/8 "
Dan C  36"
Sheila Y  Can 2 sets of fins fit in this bag?
CHARLES S  Yes, easily plus all gear.
CHRISTOPHER C  I can fit a full set of gear in easily. Another pair of fins should be no problem
JARED V  Yes! This bag is massive. If you are only storing fins, you could fit at least 4 sets of fins...I generally fit my BCD, fins, wet suit, dry bag with watches and gear, and regs in this bag and bring it all aboard for day trips I’m a boat.
Brad S  You can easily fit two sets of fins in this bag. The bag is much bigger and longer than it appears.
TORI J  Yes! Two sets of fins will fit and there will be extra space.
FABIO M  Yes, even 3
Dan K  Yes, as long as they aren't longer than the bag itself. There's plenty of room
Kevin T  Probably 4 sets. It’s huge! Great quality too.
JAY B  Yes there is plenty of room in this bag
BART D  Plenty of room for 2 sets of fins.
Lan N  Yes. This bag is huge. You can easily fit a full set of gear in here and 2 sets of fins. There have been times where I have fit 2 full sets of gear if I don't bring wetsuits or only bring light ones.
Maureen P  Hello, is the zipper rust proof?
CHARLES S  I've had mine for a year and the zipper hasn't rusted a bit yet.
PAUL H  Not sure what the zipper material is...it is shiny black, but there are no signs or hints of rust or other corrosion on mine. The zipper still opens and closes smoothly.
Sal M  I returned my Gorgona bag as it was too large for my needs. However, I have two Cressi bags and both have plastic style teeth which have not and do not rust. Hope this helps.
Vincent P  I've had this bag for 1 1/2 years, 30+ dives. It's still like new.
STEVE S  The zipper has not been a problem and has not had any corrosion issues, many dives and gear put in wet, I wash the bag same as I do my gear , VERY well. Great bag and good size. I will say no matter how big a bag is it seems NEVER big enough. Dive safe.
Nicholas C  I'm not sure if it technically is, but I've been using this bag for a year and a half now and have not had the slightest bit of rusting. Just make sure to rinse it off well after carrying equipment, especially saltwater. Hope this helps!
MATTHEW S  Yes it is completely rust proof.
Shopper  Hello, is this bag large enough for bcd,and all other gear?
CHARLES S  Yes, it will hold 2 BCD's plus masks, fins, regs, and thinner wetsuits. If you have a bigger setup, get one per person and you will be fine.
CURTIS S  Absolutely! I was easily able to fit my whole setup in it. This includes BCD, fins, mask, boots, and regulator setup. I haven't tried to fit a wetsuit in it yet, but I'm pretty sure it would fit.
Mark S  Yes, I have personally loaded it with my bcd, wetsuit, fins, boots, gloves, etc. it really does have a very large capacity.
NICHOLAS C  It would be a tight fit for a bcd, but you could probably squeeze it in. I keep all of my other gear in this bag including wetsuits. I don't however put my weights in the bag just to be safe. I have taken this bag on 3 dive trips now and so far don't have a single complaint.
STEVE R  No, Nice bag but somewhat light weight. Nice for all the light stuff, Fins, boots, gloves, hood, snorkel, flag. Maybe a light weight BCD would fit if you stuffed it.
Abraham C  I bought this bag myself about 6 months ago and its still holding on strong. Ive put all my gear in hear for several dive trips and and it holds up really well. Would recommend to anyone.
NICHOLAS F  Yes! Great size for all equipment.
LARRY N  Yes
WILLIAM P  Yes, the bag is large enough. I fit all my gear in the bag besides the air cylinder(s). Most I put in it was about 40-50 lbs of gear and the mesh holds up nicely.
Matthew L  Yes, this bag is well large enough for that. When it came in the mail it was larger then I was expecting.
Shopper  Why Did You Choose This?
FRED R  Scubacom has the Best prices on the Best products Hands Down !
GEORGE M  Need a new dive bag.
KEVIN N  It fits all of my scuba gear and my 36 inch long fins.
John P  Was looking for a mesh dive bag, and this one had top reviews.
Sean B  Plenty of room for fins and rig, plus can dunk in rinse tank and then dry gear.
Marcos F  Looks like it can carry all my gear with room for free diving fins
Robert V  Price
CHARLES F  Same brand as my gear. Good quality
