There are several items that are essential when putting together a save-a-dive-kit, cylinder valve O-rings, fin straps, buckles, etc. One of the most important items is the spare regulator mouthpiece. This standard Clear Silicone Mouthpiece is universal and will fit a large variety of regulators out there. Mouthpiece is soft and comfortable. Don't let a bad mouthpiece be the cause of a leaking regulator always carries a spare.

I need a new mouth piece for my Reg. Does this one come with a tie strip?

I bought several and they DID come with the zip tie. I also recommend you pack extra zip ties in your "save a dive" kit. I get mine from the local dollar store. Also a small pair of wire nippers is a easy and handy way to clip the tie short. Last hint, I use the zip ties to " lock" my luggage. They are very strong and stop casual larceny but are easy to open with the nippers if they need to be inspected.

I bought one two years ago and I do not recall but I'm pretty sure it did if not that's something you can pick up at Home Depotokay after looking at the product that I bought it looks like it does come with the strap because that does not look like something from Home Depot
