This cover has a 27 inch diameter across from seam to seam. The side measures 9 inches from seam to elastic portion.

Its probably not going to fit. Mine is on a tire that measures about 27" and its a little big on my spare tire. 31" might be pushing it. I'm going to guess that it probably won't fit.

I put it on a P225 / 75 R16 any larger and it wont fit!
It was all I could do to make it work!
