You have 60 days to return the merchandise for full refund and another 60 days (120 days total) to return for store credit. After delivery, if you are not fully satisfied with the products you can return it, no questions asked.


Return Policy

Return & Exchanges: You have 60 days from the date of invoice to return merchandise for full refund, then another 60 days (120 days in total) to return for exchange or store credit as long as you haven't used it. Original shipping charges are not refunded. See full terms & conditions below.

Defective & Incorrect: If a product is received defective or incorrect, please please contact us immediately and we will do whatever possible to resolve the issue. We will only cover return shipping if we are notified prior to return.

Pressure Free Fit Guarantee: Doesn’t fit? We'll arrange return of your item and bring you another size - without additional shipping costs. Our Pressure Free Fit (PFF) Guarantee makes shopping for Suits, BCDs, Fins or any product with sizing simply easy. 

Return item as used: Did you already use the product but still want to return it? We allow many qualifying items to be returned even if used, up to 120 days of date of invoice for full credit. Refund is issued in form of store credit only. Items must be in as-new-condition and returned with all parts.

Terms & Conditions

You’ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, and DVD’s cannot be opened (due to copyright laws). In fairness, we will expect you to pay the shipping and handling charges, and we will pay the replacement-shipping fee (only USA). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return meeting the requirements. Our Return Policy is not applicable for commercial and bulk orders.
