The Neo-Sport wet suits I find to be accurate with their sizing and I was pushing the high end of the med-large size range; I went for the large which put me at the low end of the size range and it fit pretty good for me. The arms and legs were slightly long but I just hiked them up a little and it also gave me a little more flexibility.
