Joining VIP Rewards is easy! You can:
- Sign up when creating a new Scuba account (create your account now)
- Join through your existing online account
- Click “Join” while browsing product details or visit Scuba.com/g/rewards
Prefer shopping in-store or by phone? Simply give your email to a sales representative and confirm to enroll.
When you join VIP Rewards, your email will automatically be subscribed to receive marketing communications. You can opt out at any time by updating your preferences in your online account profile.
Plus, your points now work across our family of brands such as Adorama and SunnySports, so you can earn and redeem rewards wherever you shop.
VIP Rewards is open to everyone 18 or older who is a legal resident of the United States. See ‘How Do I Join VIP Rewards’ for instructions on becoming a member.
If you are a reseller, you are not eligible for VIP Rewards. We reserve the right to cancel your membership and any earned points.
Participants in Scuba.com Solutions are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
Scuba.com Cardmembers are automatically part of VIP Rewards, no separate enrollment required.
We would hate to see you go. If you no longer wish to be a VIP Rewards member you can 'opt-out' at any time from your online Account under 'My Profile'. Please note, that leaving the program will terminate all reward points you may have earned.
Earn points when you shop online, in-store, or by phone. For in-store or phone purchases, provide your VIP Rewards email to the sales representative.
Points earned by membership tier:
- VIP Reward members: 1 point per $1 spent
- VIP Perks members: 1.25 points per $1 spent
Earning points on qualifying purchases is limited per member year: 50,000 points for VIP and VIP Perks members.
Starting January 1, 2026, the points limit on purchases for all tiers will follow the calendar year rather than the member year.

- 25 points for becoming a VIP Rewards member.
- 25 points when you share your birthdate to celebrate you.
- 50 points when you make your first purchase as a member at Scuba.com or our family of brands such as Adorama or SunnySports.
- 5 points once a week by exploring and engaging with us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- 500 points when you sign up for the Scuba.com Credit Card.
- 100 points when you make a 4th purchase in your member year (starting from the date of your first purchase); 250 points VIP Perks.
It's easy. Just visit VIP Rewards on Scuba.com and sign in to view your current member status, your available and pending points balance and much more including:
- Current member status and benefits in My Membership
- Exclusive member deals, creators' content, early access offers under My Offers
- Additional ways to boost your available points balance in Ways to Earn
- An overview of your prior reward activity in My Activity
If an item is returned, any points you earned on that item will be deducted from your VIP Rewards balance.
Earned points from online purchases (including bonus points unless stated otherwise) will be posted to your reward account 35 days from the date the orders ships and/or within 35 days of in-store purchase.
One of three things may have happened:
- The program awards points for qualifying purchases. Taxes, shipping, discounts and promotional gifts don't earn points.
- You may not have signed into your Scuba account. You must be signed in at the time of purchase to earn VIP Rewards points.
- Your points may not be ready to post. It takes 35 days from the time your order ships for points to post to your account.

Log into your Scuba.com account before you shop. At checkout, you’ll see your available rewards under “Offers and Rewards.” Apply them instantly to your purchase.
Your points can also be redeemed at Adorama and SunnySports.
Yes, we designed the program, so you don't have to complete forms to redeem rewards. Simply purchase anything from our vast selection and redeem your available points under the payment method at checkout.
Not at the present time. To keep the program simple and user friendly, we designed VIP Rewards to give you discounts from the account where you earn them.
Yes! VIP Rewards points can be earned and redeemed across Scuba.com, Adorama.com, and SunnySports.com.
You won't lose your points if you make a purchase within 12 months of your last purchase. Be sure to log into your account when you make purchases.
Some bonus offers might have shorter expiration, please check the offer so you don't miss out on your reward!
No. VIP PRO memberships are only available for purchase at Adorama.com.
VIP Pro, a VIP Membership tier, is a paid subscription available for $49.99/year only at Adorama. Existing Pro members earn Pro-tier points on qualifying purchases at Scuba.com when shopping with the email linked to their VIP PRO membership. Certain Pro benefits including Free Extended 2-Day Delivery, 1-Year Protect Plan, Sales Concierge, and VIP PRO Trade-In Bonus are not eligible on Scuba.com purchases. Points earned on qualifying purchases are limited to 100,000 per member year, based on the date you opted in. See full terms for details.
VIP PRO Points Earning:
- VIP PRO Members earn 2 Points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases (tax, shipping, Scuba.com Gift Cards, and select products excluded).
- Points for online purchases post within 2 business days of shipment; points for in-store or phone purchases post within 2 business days of purchase.
- On the first Tuesday of each month (Monthly Bonus Day), VIP PRO Members earn 3 Points per $1 spent.
- Members can earn an additional 250 Points for VIP PRO Members when they make four (4) or more Qualifying Purchases within a twelve (12) month period, calculated from the date they joined the Program. These Points will be posted to the Member’s Account four (4) days after the fourth Qualifying Purchase ships.
- Points earned are limited to 100,000 per member year, based on the date you opted in.

Once you join the VIP Rewards program, spend $1,000 within 12 months of your member year to level up to VIP Perks. Your member year will be based on the date you first became a VIP rewards member.
VIP Perks status is valid once you reach the qualifying $1,000 threshold within your member year and into the following member year. To maintain status as a VIP Perks Member, Members are required to spend at least $1,000 on Qualifying Purchases in each Annual Member Rewards Period.
Calendar-Year Change (effective January 1, 2026):
Starting in 2026, VIP Perks status will be tracked on a calendar-year basis rather than a member-year basis.
- If you are a VIP Perks member in 2025 and have spent $1,000 or more in 2025, you will retain VIP Perks status in 2026. To maintain that status in 2027, you will need to spend $1,000 during the 2026 calendar year.
If you reach VIP Perks status during the 2026 calendar year, you will be in Perks status for the remainder of 2026 and will need to spend $1,000 during 2027 to retain Perks status for 2028.
Current members can verify their status by signing into their Scuba Online account at scuba.com/g/rewards.
Once you become a VIP Perks member, you'll earn 1.25 points per $1 spent on purchases online, in-store and by phone. You'll also unlock additional perks including:
- 100-point bonus just for reaching Perks status
- Earn 2 points per dollar spent on purchases on the first Tuesday of every month
- 250 points for making your 4th purchase within your member year
- Get exclusive offers and early access to events and sales
