Yamaha RDS280 Seascooter Black/Gray

The Yamaha RDS280 Seascooter is lightweight and efficient with a run time up to 1.5 hours with normal use. This single speed Seascooter will cruise at speeds up to 2.8mph (4.5km/h) and is rated to a depth of 100' (30m). Perfect for recreational diving and snorkeling adventures. Waterproof construction prevents accidental flooding. Removable buoyancy control chamber (The RDS280 is designed for use in salt water. It will have less buoyancy in fresh water and may slowly sink in fresh bodies of water). Powered by a 12V 12AH sealed lead acid battery. Charge time is 6 to 8 hours. Occasional battery maintenance required.

This lightweight scooter weighs only 18 lbs. (8.2 kg) including the battery. Scooter measures 25.1" x 15" x 12.6" (631mm x 385mm x 322mm). A unique feature is the mount for GoPro Hero 3, 3+, 4, 5, 6 and 7 housings or other camera housings with same mounting system (camera not included).
