Powerfull and reliable. Incredible gun.

Incredible speargun. This is my second one and I don't need any other. It look like a small toy but with a great power, accurate and good range. Very easy to handle and operate. I've hunted good sizes pieces. All my friends envy me.

 

One shot one kill

I have not used the Mares mini yet but I have used a larger Mares. I love it. I believe these guns capable of penatrating through larger species than Bass and Walleye but a different system of attaching the spear might be in order. I use the trident coils and they work great for my needs. I have never shot a speargun prior to my purchase of these two Mares. The first four shots were bullseyes. I was impressed.

Speed and penetration is assured with the Sten's high capacity air tank. The Sten has a 1/2" (13mm) internal barrel and an 8mm shaft. Sten comes with a double barbed tip, shock line with rubber shock bungee, spear shaft, shaft loader and recharging pump. The 16.5" (42cm) spear gun also comes with a leg holster. Mario C  Yes I am sure. you can use a 7 or 8 mm shaft ( that is the shaft diameter itself). The thread on the original shaft is is 7mm. Harmonic Steel Shaft (8mm Diameter / 7mm Male thread) Thank you

MIRCEA S  I cannot advise about STEN but for MARES CYRANO gun length is the overall length from tip to tip
