This is THE best snorkeling mask! I originally discovered the SeaVision Ultra several years ago when trying to find a mask that would accommodate a mustache without leaking. This mask filled the bill—no leaks, comfortable fit. I bought this for my husband- he always has trouble getting masks to seal because he has a huge head. Like, enormous. He was so impressed when this actually sealed and stayed sealed. Couldn't be happier. It was a bit of a splurge but worth it.
Divers who have trouble finding that important proper mask fit will love the Ultra. It will fit standard to wide faces comfortably and will accommodate facial hair, large noses and high brows. SeaVision's Ultra Series mask is a comfortable fitting low volume two window mask. Mask is equipped with swivel buckles and its double feathered edge skirt is made from Crystal Silicone the highest grade of silicone available. The lenses are made from high quality composite hard resin material (CR-39) which makes them stronger than normal glass lenses and much more efficient. The magenta lens is designed for use in waters where colors are more rich and vibrant. This unique product is designed to filter out blue wavelengths in the water, allowing your eyes to see the brilliant reds, oranges, yellows and green colors that are lost as a diver descends. For example, at a depth of 25' (7.6m), red is no longer visible to the naked eye, at 75' (23m), yellow looks greenish blue because the yellow light has been absorbed by the water. The SeaVision technology adjusts the color bands to allow users to actually see and enjoy the colors there in front of them. I am far sighted and have a prescription mask. Can I get this mask my prescription and the magenta coating? Can I get my existing mask coated somewhere?

there are companies that specializes on making lenses to your prescription and bonding to any mask... look online for bonded lens scuba masks.. talk to them , send the mask and your most recent prescription

As for coated, really Dude? perhaps you should purchase something from Wallmart...

Yes, it come with the magenta lenses as shown, and they bring out the bright reds and oranges that you lose at depth with clearlenses. I've been diving with Sea Vision masks for 15 years and would never go back to clear lenses.

It comes as shown. I loved these googles but a lot of people have a problem with this brand sealing. I had to return mine be cause of that problem. It worked well for a month and then boom I’m clearing my mask every 2 min.

According to the Sea Vision website, you do not need to condition their mask, because they pretreat it.
They also say specifically to not treat with an abrasive mask cleaner or toothpaste (or burn it, as some Europeans recommend) because the lenses are polymer and not glass and would scratch with an abrasive.

No seasoning necessary. Just use the Sea Vision defog that is included and you're ready to go.
