Would this work with a SeaQuest Spectrum 3 BCD? Looks like about a 2 in thread size.

It should not. do not have an adapter for seaquest BCDs.

Thread size on BCD is 1 7/8 - 20. Did not work for me. I need it for repair and this is adapter to the other thread size that from what I gather is 51 mm. I am not much help here.

Those are brand specific, its not only the diameter but also thread pitch thaty dictates a perfect fit for the unit to work safely. We do not provide measurements on this item as it is supposed to be used with the specific bcds they are made for. cross branding this can be dangerous.

I have a Sub Gear BCD- will this adaptor allow my Acqua Lung Airsource to fit on my BCD? I think the Air Source has a larger diameter thread than the Sub Gear BCD
