I have a smaller Otterbox to hold keys, money, & cards while diving. Problem was my glasses had to be left on shore. This box is big enough to hold all my stuff including glasses while I dive. With keys and glasses it's nearly neutrally buoyant (+½ to 1#) and tucks into my BC pocket. Perfect size for me. I use it as a wallet when on diving vacation.

I find this box perfect to hold my glasses, keys, cash and cards while I'm diving or snorkeling. I've taken it to 130' without a leak.
This is the second one I've purchased. The first one is somewhere in the house but I don't know where. I depend on this box for diving and snorkeling as well as canoeing and fishing so I didn't want to wait till the first one showed up.
The S3 T2000 case is foam-lined (except clear case), watertight, hard-sided and airtight (it floats!). It is the second smallest in the S3 case line. This patented dry box is designed to handle full submersions--up to 80' (24.38m) for 30 minutes. Clear cases are made of high-quality polycarbonate. All other colors from high impact ABS. All hinge and latch pins are made from stainless steel and will not rust. Latches are a compound design for positive seal and easy opening of case. Are the interior dimensions with or without the foam liner included? The description states an interior with dimensions of: 6.0" x 3.41" x 1.19". Is that without foam?

Without the foam. The foam is about 1/16th inch so you only lose about an 1/8th inch from each dimension. Also, it's foam and so can be compressed to nearly the full dimension.

I cannot answer the question as I no longer have the case in my possession. I was very happy with the case, I just no longer needed it. The foam is relatively thin and should not create a problem fitting whatever you have in it.

I just measured mine (W and H only) quickly. It appears these dimensions are without the foam (which btw is kind of glued into the case though I'm sure you could destructively tear it out if you wanted to). Uncompressed, the foam seems to take about 0.15" away from each dim (so 6.0x3.41 becomes roughly 5.85x3.25). Total guess, but I imagine the foam could compress down 50% without too much effort. But it is fairly firm foam (which makes sense since it's not that thick). I did not attempt to measure the depth but I imagine it's consistent. Also keep in mind that the interior has rounded edges and corners.

Need to have your smartphone with you - great waterproof case (to 80ft/30mins) to protect your phone while on the boat. Not always required, but some dive spots are out of the way and having your phone with you, too and from is important.
