Does this include the hologram needed for the certification? I understand you need the hologram now which is a change from all of my previous PADI courses. I am doing my divemaster course soon, but this manual is for my husband and he said they now require the hologram to get their certification. Thank you!

Not sure, perhaps the PADI website will tell you latest Rev of manuals. The info hasn't changed in 20 years so you're not going to miss the essential information.
