I don't know what size you would wear, but I wear a 9 - 9 1/2 women's shoe, and a size 7 in the Neosport neoprene socks fits me well. Hope this helps.

I'd say no. I wear a men's 10 narrow, bought 9s, and they're still very wide in the sole area. Also, the rubberized bottom makes it hard to don your wetsuit over them. I like my ScubaPro socks better, even though they're more expensive and harder to put on.
