Multi-purpose socks

I bought these to wear with my Cressi short travel fins that I knew would run a little large. They work great together. The socks are a bonus if you take off fins on a rocky shore or want a little foot warmth. The bottoms are grippy so if you are on a boat, that's a plus, too. I bought size S and I wear a women's 8 shoe. They fit perfectly -- snug, but that's how I wanted them.
The Cressi Ultra Stretch 1.5mm Neoprene Socks are great for use when wearing full foot fins in warm water or as layering under thick boots for added warmth in cold water applications. Socks are made from a thin 1.5mm neoprene stretch fabric and has glued and sewn seams for warmth, strength and durability. Created in extremely supple, 1.5mm thick, double-lined Ultraspan neoprene, these socks have non-slip and anti-wear soles and an Aquastop sealing single-lined neoprene at the top. They are perfect for all indoor and outdoor water sports thanks to the high protection and thermal function that they offer. They are ideal for long dives such as snorkeling, scuba diving or free diving, perfect with full foot pocket fins. Thanks to the non-slip soles are recommended for sailing, surfing, windsurfing and other water activities. Socks are black in color and available in multiple sizes.
This product can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.

Will these work inside Arctic snow boots over regular socks for extra insulation?? Thanks.

Hello, yes, these would help and add warmth to your feet in snow boots.

I am a 91/2 to 10 shoe size, depending on the brand. I am looking to wear these with a full fit so I want them snug but not too snug. Any size recommendations. I am thinking I am a large?

I wear these for wade fishing and wanted a tru-fit as well... I'm a 91/2 actual shoe size and I found the X-Large in the Cressi Neoprene Sock fits perfectly. Not to tight and most importantly, no sag or bunching. Hopefully, that's helpful!!

As you are in between sizes, you can order the large try at home ( not returnable if used in water) and see if it works, we offer free return labels for size exchange if needed.

Do these socks make it easier to slip on a wetsuit, by sliding easily through the wetsuit legs?
Theo K
Yes they do. Although the spandex Lycra socks (that are not 1.5mm neoprene) and are dedicated for this. The 1.5 mm neoprene of these socks also gives you a bit more protection towards any cold and give your fins a bit more snuck fitting.

On my last dive trip, I wore either a dive skin, polartech, or 3mm neoprene. In each case, I put the socks on first (to be captured by the stirrups at the ankle opening in two cases), and the socks seemed to aid in slipping the suits on, even though the socks have a textured sole.

I wear a size 12.5 and a 48 EU will these fit me? can I wear these as socks as winter protection and then put my bike shoes on?
KEN H
I wear a US 10.5 and the XL Cressi socks fit nicely. They have quite a bit of stretch so your 12.5 would likely be a snug but workable fit. I use these with freediving fins. Having bike shoes myself, I would say it really depends on the fit of your shoes. The socks are nylon covered so would easily slip into a shoe given enough room. My shoes are rather snug and I wear a thin sock; then again I don't ride in winter here in northern Michigan. Interesting question concerning their insulation value while riding. They would be windproof and provide insulation but would hold in perspiration. Worth an experiment.

I wear a US size 11 and these Cressi socks were a very comfortable, stretchy fit. I have only used them for diving. I switched from open heel fins, with hard sole dive boots, to full-foot fins which have a fairly snug fit. These socks were thin enough that they fit well in my fins, and just improved the fit somewhat in addition to preventing any rubbing from the fins. Being relatively thin, in a shoe, I would imagine that they might fit similar to a no-show sock in a running shoe. They fold up flat and take up little space, if one needed to take along a pair for varying circumstances.
