My husband got one of these suits for himself and raved about how easy it is to get on and off. So I got one for myself and it is much easier to get on and off. My other 5mm suit required assistance.
It tends to “grow” when wet, gets a little bigger. Warm enough for someone who is cold in 78-80 degree water.

Hello Karen, you would need to contact the manufacture directly. They do not list the Inseam measurement on their size chart.

Does this wet suit run large? Based on chart 5'1 37 /30/40 is 10short but do I need to size down?

I am 5'4" (hips 38) & all my Henderson wetsuits are size 8 regular. I haven't been anywhere to wear the 5mm. Leisure Pro has a great exchange/return policy if you need to switch sizes. They are probably correct about getting a short. The regular length is perfect for me at 5'4".

10 S is looking like your number, it runs pretty true to size,, people vary a bit more while having the same measurements..

Does this have zippers on both the ankles and wrists? If so, does it have a seal underneath or does the entire cuff zip open? I am looking for one that zips open to make putting it on and taking it off easier.

No zippers but also no leakage from cold water or thermoclines. It's very stretchy and easy to don and doff, so the neoprene does not need zippers to make it effortless to get into/out of. In my experience, additional zippers are simply another point of failure for a wetsuit - they get stuck, the flaps that seal get folded over and crease your skin, or get folded and leak cold water. This design is perfect for my needs, and I'm a lazy diver with a bad back.

No zippers on ankles or wrists, but I agree with the prior answer that it's very stretchy and easy to get on/off. I did not wear a rash guard underneath and had no problems. Love this suit!

Why get the Pro 5mm Thermoprene instead of just regular 5mm Thermoprene?

I found this suit to be much stretchier and easier to don and doff than my other 5mil. The neoprene has 4 way stretch which makes it easier to wear especially
during a surface interval.
