Fantastic product for when I am diving wet. My drysuit has thigh pockets, however when in the wetsuit I was having to change my gear configuration. Not anymore! Slide this on the waist webbing of my BP. Boom! Instant thigh pocket for my gear.

Thigh pocket used to hold backup dive mask and tertiary light for cavern/cave diving.

Many tech divers today require a thigh pocket to hold the reels, spools, backup lights, slates, backup masks, etc. that are essential for underwater safety in any environment. Need a great utility pocket? Look no further the OMS Thigh Pocket incorporates (2) elastic bands (wraps around thigh) and 2" (5.1 cm) webbing loop that fastens to your 2" (5.1 cm) waist belt area. The thigh straps are equipped with "squeeze-style" side-release buckles for easy donning and doffing. Pocket is rectangular shaped and measures approximately (L x W) 10" x 7" x 2.16" (25.4 cm x 17.8 cm). Super hold hook and loop flap secures closure and an internal D-ring secures slates, tools etc. Pocket is made from rugged 1680 denier Cordura backed with urethane coating.

SANDRA K  Do they Velcro attach over your belt?
GEOFFREY T  No. Your belt must pass through the loop
Mario C  No. The belt attaches to the webbing loop above the pocket. The velcro is on the open/close pocket flap. This pocket sits on your thigh.
SANDRA K  Mario, the loop above the pocket flap, that attaches to your BC belt, does it attach with Velcro or must you slide it on the belt? I’m a cave diver and not going to take my entire BCD apart to attach 2 removable pockets. One side could slide through a loop, but the other side has a huge metal buckle in the way. Could you please post a picture of the opposite side of the pockets?
Mario C  Hi Sandra. no Velcro on the loop( from factory,..) it is a stitched loop... have seen divers that modified that loop for that same reason.. Do not have it handy to snap a picture.

James P  The base OMS BCD has no cargo pocket. I am an instructor and my slates, signal tube, etc need to go somewhere. :-)
