About Scubapro 2 Gauge SP Console with FS-2 Compass

The Perfect Gauge Combo for Traveling Divers:
The Scubapro 2 Gauge SP Console with FS-2 Compass featuring a metal compact pressure gauge with an easy-to-read FS-2 compass, this console combination is ideal for the traveling diver who uses a non-air integrated computer or who likes to carry a sophisticated backup. The dual pressure gauge model shows imperial and metric units simultaneously. The pressure gauge display shows imperial and metric units simultaneously. Compact pressure gauge reads 0-6000 psi and 0-400 bar. A red reserve air zone displays at 0-800 psi and 0-50 bar. Gauge has a 2.1" (48mm) durable brass case.

The UWATEC FS-2 Compass provides a unique tilt angle of up to 35 Degree, making it easier-to-read and operate in most any position. With a floating magnet separate from the compass rise, the FS-2 has a greater angle of operating freedom than conventional compasses. The compass has a scratch resistant and durable oil-filled polycarbonate case and highly luminous dial for easy reference in low light conditions.

The UWATEC FS-2 Compass is a dual-purpose compass. The convenient side scan window allows quick reference of large, easy-to-read bearing indicators on a luminescent display for gun-sight accuracy. Or, for divers who prefer relative navigation, the ratchet bezel can be rotated easily even with thick neoprene gloves. The bezel numbers on top of the compass. The compass bezel has compass headings in 30 Degree numbered increments and indicator marks for every 10 Degree. Bezel has twin heading indicators for alignment of compass course and a lubber line across the compass face. Gauges are housed in an impact resistant rubber boot with eyelet for attachment of a lanyard or clip and includes a 7/16" threaded 34.5" (87.5cm) high pressure hose.

Questions about this item:

HOLLIS R  I just bought this gauge and there’s an open space on the back of the gauge, I assume it’s for a pressure gauge... but it didn’t come with a place holder or anything in it... is it safe to use as is, or will it flood something?
Mario C  Hi Hollis don't have this gauge in house to double check and don't seem to find a picture of the back of it. It is definitely safe to dive as is, as the gauges itself are sealed. It could be a space to mount a depth gauge ( pressure is already there) if you want please send me an email with a picture of the back to confirm marioc@leisurepro.com ty
Glara N  Is it possible to measure the diameter of the compass? More specifically, the diameter of the upper console slot.
KEVIN F  2.5 inches
RENE N  Hi, can the compass module be removed and replaced with a suitable imperial depth gauge? It it can , can you recommend one that will fit? I am trying to customize my rig.
KEVIN F  Yes the compass can be removed. Reasonably certain the Genesis depth gauge will fit. http://www.leisurepro.com/p-gnsdg/genesis-depth-gauge-module-imperial
