The Omer Laser Knife comes with a durable plastic sheath for easy use when diving or spear fishing. The knife features a black 3.54" (9cm) blade made in AISI420 stainless-steel for strength, durability and corrosion resistance. The knife has a squeeze lock positive retention mechanism for security in the sheath. The blade has a dagger tip with one full side straight edge and partial serrated edge on the other. The Laser Knife has a durable, impact resistant plastic handle grip.

Sorry I can't help. I have my knife on my BCD so I have never tried it one on a belt. And my knife is not this brand so I can't check. My apologies.

Probably. It fits both of my rubber weight belts (but neither is an Omer). The slot on the sheath measures 2-9/16" by 1/8".
